Great Game
For those of you who love college basketball games, this one is the best. It has virtually every Division I school included with updated rosters of eact teams. The new ESPN and CBS commentaries that were added give it a more real life experience although it can get annoying at times. There are plenty of game modes to choose from as well from dynasty to just tournament modes. Overall it is a fun game that will not disappoint.

Somewhat glitchy.
This game glitches way too much, but I am living with it. Since they don't make this title anymore, it is worth keeping.

An MVP Says This Is the Best
I'm not the player here, so this review is based on feedback from a special teen, who signs his text messages "MVP dis year." Since MVP's brother got the game for Christmas and is stingy with sharing it, MVP asked for his own game for his birthday. Two of the same $60-game in the same house seems silly to me, but I relented. He called and texted me everyday until I ordered it, then he called and texted every day until Amazon delivered it and I put it in his hot little hands. As a guy that loves all things basketball and has almost as many games and films of the sport as he has books, he's a credible critic. He says this game is "the best."In my initial review, I gushed accolades that apparently failed to convey how good this game is. In a followup interview with MVP, I asked for specifics. He said that he would rate this a 6-star game because (1) you can tell this is a real upgrade compared to NCAA 9, and (2) NCAA 10 has no real competition in or out of the PS3 format. There are so many functions in 10 that are not available in 9, e.g., you can choose ESPN or CBS; fully create players with an array of physical attributes, like body build, skin tone, hair style; and select any shoe type, style and brand. Another plus: The player's college major and class status are displayed at the free-throw line. To sum it up, the graphics are so true that you will think you're watching a TV broadcast.

The most FUN college basketball game!!
NCAA basketball 10 is an addicting game to play. I am not usually a big dynasty or association player for most sports games. I like to play a quick season and not invest my time in multiple seasons of boring off season moves but the dynasty mode in this game is great! The recruiting aspect is a lot of fun and really well done. It makes it fun to change and try to improve your roster year after year! The ESPN and CBS presentation is great and it really does feel like a college atmosphere! Vital gets a little old but I expected that! The gameplay is good, not great! I am a fan of the NBA 2k series and NCAA 10 is not as polished as 2k however the controls are simpler and its easier to dive into! I wish a more current version of college basketball would come out but NCAA 10 is the best so far! Worth it!

The game did not work. I appreciate the fact they took it back. Also, I recieved the game in a very timely manner. I just sent it back yesterday, therefore I have yet to receive my refund. Overall I was satisfied, just bummed the game didn't work!

A fun game
this game is fun. I enjoy the recruiting aspect of it. There are some in game lags and glitches that can't be fixed since the servers are down. However I have not had any major problems that significantly affect gameplay. It looks good and runs smoothly for a 2010 game. I recommend it if you need a college basketball fix.

My son is addicted
I brought this game for my son and he loves it. He is allowed limited time on games anyway so he has to pick his games wisely. He often reaches for this one over other games. It is an older game (2010) but he doesn't seem to mind at all.

The worst game in the history of games (if a little hyperbolic)
A career gamer, I purchased this game to try to enjoy a more recent college basketball game than College Hoops 2K8. Unfortunately, it was a disaster. The gameplay is completely unrealistic. Even on the hardest difficulty levels, players can rack up 10 steals or blocks per game easily. There is no natural feel for where a player is on the court. Players pass to other players (CPU controlled mind you) that are running the sidelines out of bounds. Want to go back to the basket 5 feet from the hole? There is no way to ensure you're big man won't drive the lane, and be tackled by an opposing player (no foul is ever called on this animation by the way) and turn the ball over, even if you have pushed the pass or shoot button prior to this animation. Want to rebound under the basket? Just hope that the CPU doesn't plan on doing this too, as you have no control over whether the other guy gets in there, or if your player will ignore commands completely (something very prevalent, especially in rebounding). The tackling/strip of the ball move, and the blocking foul in the lane call are called so differently on opposite ends of the floor, you'll wonder if you're playing a rigged arcade game from the early 1990's. It is that bad and mortifyingly inconsistent. It's just a terrible game, and that EA decided this was okay to put out to the public is telling for a company who has twice pulled it's sister NBA game from the market for similar reasons. If you want a maddening, unrealistic, unnatural and completely inconsistent basketball experience, shell out $30 (depends, sometimes it's more) on this piece of garbage. If you have a brain, play 2K games, and 2K8 for college basketball. Despite being almost 3 years older than this game, it is 100 times as good, and has such a fan base that gamers are still posting yearly roster updates.
