Great product and service.
For hard to straighten curly hair. This product saves me a fortune at the salon but you must know what you're doing with it. It is necessary to purchase the neutriliser with this straightening cream.

This product is a waste of money my hair looked straight just for an hour of treatment (treatment done as mentioned in the instructions and watching videos on how to) afterwards my hair went back to normal as I’ve got wavy hair.
