Yes either R-410A OR R-22.No I do not offer a float switch for it.

Does this in fact have port for air purge valve as well as port for float switch like the Robinair tanks do?

It has a liquid valve and a vapor valve. It does not have a float in it.

Does this have a hydro stamp and if not does it need one?

THE HYDRO STAMP IS THE DATE ON TANKS FOR WHEN TANKS SHOULD BE RETESTED, THEN YES AFTER EVERY 5 YEARS
