Works good
Before this we would get 0-2 bars signal. After positioning it on our roof at the distance and turning it as they specified we get constant 2 bars of signal. I wish the connection to the modem would screw in instead of sliding in but that's not there fault its just how it's made. Sometimes out cats accidentally knock the connection out of the modem but again it's just the way it's made. When are cats aren't laying on our modem the connection stay in perfectly.

Exceptional reception
Went on a cruise to Alaska, and as we all know, there is not good cell phone reception.I was not prepared to pay the fees to connect to the ships "internet".Too many guests degrading the system to a crawl. I heard too many complaints already.I connected the Proxicast to a Hotspot I had available. The antennas helped me getting a good signal, the other passengers were struggling find, or could not get signal at all. I connected the magnetic based antennas on the balcony, and the extra long wires ensured the hotspot was in the cabin at all times.I had reliable Internet access, 70% of the time. On the open ocean there is no signal, only a satellite cell phone would have helped. This system paid for itself after the first Gigabyte of data I send and received.

Good for the money.
It does make a difference. The netgear hotspot goes from 2 bars to 4 bars when I do. I put the antenna outside. However, the antennas could be more durable. I went thru the two that comes with it in about 9 months working at home two days a week. The connection that goes into the hotspot wears out or messes up over time so I just bought another pack.

Wicked antennas!
Best $20 I ever spent. Was about to get a 5G hotspot cause I was getting 20-40Mbps on my phone and less that 2 on my nighthawk M1. This was the last ditch effort, and wow it has paid off. Even the packet jitter has lowered. The core network looks like it's still lowering my QoS, but maybe only by 5-8% compared to 2-3000% before. If you have a lot of 5G in your area competing I'd highly recommend. Top quality, cable bends come right out and the adapter fits perfectly on the connector.Excellent work Proxicast, I will definitely be using again and for clients in the future!

It works but there are other possibilities
Positives: Cheap, light, it works.Negatives: There is another product by the same manufacturer that is much more expensive and which works better, but it is heavier.Whether it works and how well it works, is for me the most important. I tested the antennas in a very poor signal situation and compared it to the no antenna results and to the more expensive antennas results. Here is what I found. The number of bars shown on my M5 didn't change at all, but the speed tests that I ran DID change.I used the ORKA speedtest app on my iPhone 12 pro max with my phone wirelessly connected to my M5 using the 5G wifi and my phone close to the M5 so as not to lose throughput because of distance. I also put my phone in airplane mode, because when I use the M5 with cellular service enabled, I get disastrous results! Averaging over a small number of trials, here are the results that I obtained:M5 without antennasDownload: 3.87Mbps, Upload 0.24Mbps, Ping: 42ms, Loss: 14%M5 WITH these antennas (proxicast ANT-124-TSç-2PK)Download: 6.98Mbps, Upload: 0.52Mbps, Ping: 108ms, Loss: 18%M5 with other antennas (proxicastProxicast 8 dBi High Gain External Magnetic Antenna Compatible with AT&T Nighthawk M5, ...)Download: 8.44Mbps, Upload: 0.51Mbps, Ping: 61.5ms, Loss: 0%The VERY poor signal case is important to me, but the antennas are important to me, and hence my test in a signal-deprived Location. In the tested scenario, the antennas made a very real difference to the usability of the connection. The more expensive antennas, nearly 4x more expensive, provided better results, and are more physically stable, but they are also heavier. These antennas easily fall over, whereas their expensive and heavier big brother does not. I decided to keep both pairs because sometimes the lightness of this pair will make a difference. When I want to be really sure, I will use the more expensive ones, and the cost of lugging around heavy antennas.

Performance is as expected for the price
I am unable to test performance as the pair of antennas I received has two damaged connectors: stripped thread on one magnetc base and mangled TS9 connector on one of the adapters. The magnets in the bases don't seem particularly strong.2023-05-26 EDIT: The seller sent replacement SMA-TS9 adapters promptly, even though I discovered the problem after the 30-day return window. The antennas at least overcome the signal loss from using my hotspot device inside of a vehicle. The hotspot device doesn't really allow me to measure the antenna performance more precisely than that. For the price, I am satisfied with the performance.
