Easy and no problems.
When the play button stopped working on my cd player they sent me a label to send it to them and they sent me a gift card for the amount of the product. No questions asked.

Great protection for all my products!
After at least 23 months of using my Smart Watch, it wouldn't hold the charge and later stopped working. I file a claim with Asurion my protection plan. I was so impressed with the service quality I received; and, how fast it was for them to notify me of the reimbursement they gave me right away so I can get my NEW Smart Glasses. I can now have Peace of mind knowing that with the other Asurion Protection plans I have for other products I bought, I will be covered and protected. Thank you

Worth it!
I purchased a smartwatch a few years ago and got the extra accident protection because I was afraid I was going to break the glass on it. I didnโt break the glass, thankfully, but the watch stopped charging and I couldnโt get it to turn on. I remembered I got this protection plan, so I just found my purchase through โmy ordersโ and it took me right to where I could file the claim. It was so easy. Just a few simple questions and I was reimbursed for the full price I paid within minutes. Definitely worth it!

Worth it!
I bought the 3 year protection for my sonโs MP3 player. About 2.5 years in, he dropped the player and it no longer worked. Filing a claim was easy and after sending the MP3 player back in, they emailed me a gift card which covered the cost of a new one!

PROTECTION FOR XBOX CONTROLLER
Xbox controllers are almost guaranteed to develop stick drift in a year or 2. Bought the protection plan and it was very easy to redeem . They sent a shipping label and as soon as the controllers had shipped I received gift cards. I only took a star because I had bought 3 plans for each controller I had bought for my kids. And could only find info on 2 plans in my emails. Otherwise it was 5 star
