Square Cake Stainless Steel Baking Pans, 8.5 x 8.5 x 1.5 inches

I wanted something set my air fryer basket when carrying it to and from the air fryer. I have a large, 3 tray air fryer by Emeril. This works perfectly.

It was delivered with a sign taped to it. I removed the tape, and the adhesive was so difficult to remove that I ended up scratching (with a plastic dishwashing scouring pad) the shiny new surface before I even used it.

First pan I received was dented (package damaged but probably not the cause). Seller promptly sent a replacement which works perfect for gluten free cookies!(GF cookie bottoms tend to go from lightly golden brown to burnt Very quickly and you want to get them off the hot sheet the moment they reach that point of perfection. GF cookies also tend to fall apart at the slightest provocation when they're hot. They set up well when cooled but will often crumble to bits when you try to lift or tilt them over the edge of a standard cookie sheet.Cookies slid off this shiny, no lipped sheet, like a dream. Perfect

Replacing all of our cookware with stainless steel. Works well.

I cook with stainless steel so it was good to find this at a reasonable price. The mirror finish is gorgeous, but won't last long. My "no scratch" sponge made marks on it. I don't care, I just wanted the stainless.

Yes, these will warp. But they do pop back into shape, kinda, when they cool.I'm fine with them. I got away from non-stick this year yayyThey seem to be the least expensive option in Canada when ordering online, I had a really hard time finding a stainless alternative.I ordered some silicon baking mats to fit and I'm happy.

Je voulais l'utiliser comme plaque à pizza, mais il s'avère que ce n'est pas adapté pour cette utilisation car elle gondole à haute température (c'est-à-dire à 500F) et elle ne transmet pas assez de chaleur au-dessous de la pizza (je parle de pizza faite maison). Mais je reconnais volontiers qu'elle pourrait éventuellement être intéressante pour d'autres utilisations, mais je ne peux rien vous dire à ce sujet car pour ma part je ne l'ai utilisé que pour faire des pizzas.
