They’re simple to adjust, you just have to look at the pictures on here and it’ll make sense.They keep the headphones in your ears, but more importantly they don’t shove them into your ear canal like others do. You can sit back and lean on a bench and they don’t come out. They aren’t heavy, so you really don’t even notice they’re on, but you definitely notice your headphones are still in your ear and NOT on the floor once you start working up a sweat! I also used them to make a few phone calls while on a walk and they don’t impede audio or microphone quality; and like I said before, they don’t shove the headphones uncomfortably deep into your ears so you can still hear around you as with normal airpod wear.I haven’t done cardio in them outside of the assault bike (which again, they did great with) so if you’re wanting to use them for running I couldn’t tell you yet.Overall, I’m really happy I went with these and I would 100% recommend them for weightlifting or even hiking/walking. ### ⭐ Disappointed with these things *by L***A on December 27, 2019* these did not work for the ibuds i ordered. first pair didn't fit(no instructions on how to properly put them on.
