It also protected my phone well, though it allowed some dust in. But, even before a year was over, I had trouble charging the case. The lightning cable would not stay in - a little bump during the night and the next morning I found my phone was not charged and ready for the day. It got so bad that I could not even get the cable attached to charge. Poor durability on the connector.
