Veg: Easy & Delicious Meals for Everyone

For the vegetarian who likes to cook and wants to make mealtime more interesting or even just for those want more of a veg-based diet than they already have, this is the perfect companion. Many recipes have flavors and spices aligned with Indian and middle eastern cooking, so be prepared for that should you prefer mild flavors. Many recipes are easy but there are more than a handful which might be considered “advanced” and not for the faint of heart cook. Something to keep in mind if you are new to cooking or feel you have more to learn. I so far have loved everything I’ve made from this book and look forward to now playing with the recipes to make them my own moving forward!

Great veggie cookbook with measurements in American standards, like teaspoons, and tablespoon, and cups , not metric like his other version. Easier for us.

For Americans, it'll be hard to adapt to the recipe and convert everything over or I'm gonna have to buy a scale. The recipes themselves sound so delicious!! The cookbook is beautifully done too. I love flipping through the pages and there is a variety of recipes.

I got this book used, and can't be happier! It looks like new and the book itself is really helpful. It has many great recipes from absolutely different ingredients. I like the way they are combined in each dish. Also it gives me many ideas of how I could transform some meals so they would work for me. Written with respect to vegetarian diet, has a lot of great tips. I just love it. It inspires me to learn more and more about the art of cooking.

I have found many interesting recipes to try; too many to list here. First I've made Greens Mac&Cheese which I truly love, now to go on to many more. I find that the writing style is very motivating, making me WANT o try these new cooking adventures. This is a very readable book.

Only pr is all the measurements were in grams. Too hard to convert when you are in a hurry. I returned this book because of this.

Beautiful recipe book. Jamie's veggie TV show intrigued me with great recipes. The book itself arrived with book separated from the cover binding. Had to Elmer's glue it down the spine. Now its intact.
