Asurion 3 Year Floorcare Extended Protection Plan ($350 - $399.99)

I purchased a vacuum in November 2020. It has been an amazing product, especially with my 2 fur babies. Such a time saver, excellent on hardwood floors and recently our LVP floors. I started to get an error message in October and it would shut off less than 30 seconds after starting it. The vacuum itself had a manufacturer warranty for 2 years(I read the reviews from people trying to get their issues resolved going directly through the manufacturer. Their experiences did not seem to go as smoothly as my experience with Asurion). Thankfully I had purchased the 3 year warranty and reached out to Asurion. They were so helpful, sent over a shipping label to be able to send my vacuum in to be repaired and if not, reimbursed with a gift card to purchase another one. It took just about a week and a half from when I shipped the vacuum to receive the reimbursement. Asurion notifies you when they receive the product and gives you status updates, excellent customer care! Initially when I called Asurion and got off of the phone with the rep, I tried to use the vacuum again, I really needed to clean my floors and did not want to have to vacuum with a regular vacuum and stiffer/steam mop. I placed the vacuum on the charging base and did another self cleaning. It worked and I was able to use the tineco again. I called Asurion to cancel my claim since it was working and they rep recommended to keep it open just in case. 4 weeks later, I receive a different notification from the vacuum to contact customer service, I wasn't even able to turn the vacuum on for more than 10 seconds and the alert to come on. I shipped out the vacuum and it was unable to get repaired, but now I am able to get a better version of the tineco(s5 pro- currently on sale) + another warranty for with only having to pay for tax + another $60 for 3 year warranty on the s5 pro. Definitely worth spending a little extra, I would've ended up spending over $500 for the s5 pro + warranty. Unfortunate that the ONE s3 barely made it to the 2 year mark but I do use it a a minimum twice a week and it's a great product! The warranty is worth it!

This was my first time actually using my Asurion protection plan, even though I’ve purchased it for many products before. The whole experience was quick and smooth! They sent clear instructions and a prepaid mailing label right away, inspected my product within a day of receiving it, and processed the decision almost instantly. My refund was issued super fast too. I’ve dealt with warranty claims through SquareTrade before, and that process dragged on for over six months—so the difference with Asurion was night and day. Truly an awesome experience!

Asurion is awesome. Completely repaired my vacuum purchase and made it easy to send to them and returned it quickly. Very worth it for the low price. A+++

Very good service! Had a 400 dollar vacuum that the handle broke only a few months before the expiration date of the Asurion protection and I sent it to Asurion to be fixed. I guess it couldn't be repaired so they gifted me the cost of the vacuum to an Amazon card only a few days later. Was all pretty quick and painless. Asurion paid for the shipping on the vacuum as well.

Would have been 5 stars but vacumn was returned very dirty and we had cleaned it prior to shipping it.

I normally don’t buy these protection plans but for some reason I did this time. It paid off after about 6 months of owning my Roborock vacuum. It got damaged by water. They very quickly diagnosed it as in repairable and sent a gift card that covered the entire original purchase to use towards a new vacuum. Awesome is all I can Finish with.

This is the best additional purchase ever with purchasing the robotic vacuums!! You know you will be fully protected for 3 years!! :)
