This dress hugged me in all the right places. It was modest enough for a wedding I went to, but sexy enough to please the eyes of my boyfriend. I got so many compliments on my dress and for good reason! The material is thick, but not stifling. The dress hugged me like a mermaid fit, but the bottom was loose enough that dancing was not a problem. I felt comfortable all night and THAT was my favorite part of the dress. It's comfortable! I have Hyperhidrosis and the dress absorbed the sweat just fine. Washing it was interesting as there wasnt a tag on the dress. I just did a delicate wash, tumble dry low and it seemed to be just fine. For context: I'm very much an apple shape. All hips. I wear an M or L top, and usually an XL or XXL bottom. I ordered this dress in a L. I'm also 5'2 and 180lbs. Spanx can also be your best friend with this dress. Took it from wow to WOW. Also, the dress was long on me, even with heels, but that (to me) added to the sexiness of the dress. If you'll be outside, and are my height, you'll want to chop a good few inches from the bottom. Bottom line - BUY THIS DRESS!! I increased the brightness and exposure on the pictures so you can get a good idea of the details.

I gave 4 stars because the dress arrived with no tags and there were several snags on the hemline making me question whether or not it was a returned item. I kept it because it fit almost perfectly and was priced well. I washed it on delicate without issue. The dress is well made. The fabric has stretch to it and it flowed nicely. I wore a 3” heel and the length was perfect. The halter neck was flattering and the seams on the bodice added a nice touch. It gapped slightly at the upper armhole but not enough for me to want to get it altered. For reference, I’m 5’4”, 120# and purchased a small.

Bought this dress for my best friends wedding. She wanted me to be her maid of honor. Pros the dress is super slimming and true to size. The material is a bit on the heavy side and it's quite long! I'm 5'6 and with heels on the dress was still dragging on the ground. The color isn't as bright as pictured but overall you get what you paid for.

It's thick enough on the booty to hide imperfections and not see through at all. Other dresses that are high cut above the boobs end up showing too much. This dress sits perfectly with no gaping side boob. I bought it in royal blue and burgundy. The colors are so vibrant, even better than the photos. I am going to buy the navy one also. I am 5'5, 138, 34DD and ordered a small. With a short heel the length is perfect. It is a little looser around the waist than I was expecting but I guess that's not a bad thing!

My ballroom dance partner and I attended a military ball and I needed a dress that could handle foxtrot, waltz, merengue, West Coast Swing, the Wobble, the Cupid Shuffle, East Coast Swing, etc etc etc. This dress was absolutely PERFECT. It is fitted and body conscious without being clingy. It has enough stretch to allow you to take large steps for tango and bend legs for dips or getting low. I am heading towards 50 years old and I've had babies...it flattered my curvy lower half AND my small chest. The neckline allowed me to dance without being concerned I would expose myself. The length was perfect. I am barely 5'4" and with a 2" heel I didn't step on the hem at all (a miracle). It twirls ❤️. I apologize that the photo shows wrinkles. I hadn't pulled it down to smooth it. I had a wonderful time at my event and my worry-free, beautiful and comfortable dress was a big part of that. I danced all evening and had zero issues. It was like it was made for dancing.

I liked the color of the dress, but not the fit. It was a beautiful blue for my mom's party color theme. My main issues were the fit around the bust and midsection of the garment. Since I have a large bust, I was hoping the top bodice area would stay in place, but it didn't. The bodice seam that separates the top and length of the dress kept coming up and the middle was a bit loose on me (and wasnt very flattering on me), even after washing it. The actual length of the dress was perfect and went all the way down almost past my feet without shoes. The material itself was very nice, I will say, and probably will either alter the dress myself or get it altered.

I bought this dress in a medium size for my daughter because she was going to her homecoming dance! The dress fit her like a glove except the length of the dress. It was way to long for her she couldn't even walk without stepping on her dress & trippin on it .. It was like 4 inches to long for her so, I had to trim it and hem it up myself and so since I did that, I also did another adjustment to her dress. I decided to give her dress a lil makeover by adding a slit to it to make it! To make it pop out😊She absolutely loved it ... The dress did not look cheap and the fabric was also good quality! Also the dress has a lil stretch to the material which is a good thing for just in case you need a lil more room to make it fit ... I most definitely recommend and for the price wow this was a steal ... PS My girl is ht 5'1, 136 pounds & Chest B38 ....

This dress is a very good quality - thick material. I ordered size L, I am 5.7 - 160 lbs and measure bust - 38inch, waist - 32.5 inch - hips 42. The dress fits a bit bigger, so if you are like me, you can order a size smaller. I truly loved the design, the quality and the price and I have ordered a black dress in a Medium size. I decided to return my original blue dress and ordered the blue and black in size M. Love it....I wish they had a bright red and white colors and I would buy they all... Totally recommend.

First off I am 5'9 and about 220 lbs. After reading the reviews and seeing that other tall girls said this was long enough, I figured "let's take a chance".... all I can say is WOW, you will never find a nicer floor length formal dress at this price ever!! It hugged my curves and flattered my body because it has a nice forgiving stretch to the fabric. I wore 3 inch heels and this was long enough for me. If I truly had my way I would've wished the dress was another inch or 2 longer, but with my poor luck with clothing being long enough, I still take this as a win and won't complain - it covered my shoes when I am standing but when I walk you can see some of the shoe. I wore a Spanx underneath (as I do with all formal dresses) and my best strapless bra and I felt like a million bucks wearing this at a small wedding a few weeks ago. Yes the material isn't "luxe" but you would never know unless you hold it in your hands and study it. and For 50 bucks, if you are expecting this to be super luxe then you need to be realistic and buy a pricier dress! At this price and quality, I would say this dress is a STEAL and worth every single penny! I'd write a longer review but I'm racing to finally order it in black (the one I have is navy).

I had travelling out of town and low and behold there is an important event that I did not plan for so I didn't have an appropriate dress. I saw this dress on Amazon and it was available to be received in 2 days. I received it and tried it on and it's perfect. The dress has Stretch to it but it hugs the body just right!! Order your size you usually wear and it should fit you perfectly. I wish I had a photo to share but my event is tomorrow. It fits like the picture and you can glad it up any way you want. I need to buy a different colour for sure. This dress is simple elegance!!!

This is the first time I am ordering a dress online so I was hesitant, but I needed a dress for the weekend and with my work schedule I had no time to go to the stores. I read every review and looked at every decision which is why I am giving one because it helped me decide to buy this. I am 5'7 1'2 about 185lbs 40bust 38waist and 44 1/2 hip and ordered a large. Order came within 24 hours which was perfect. The dress fits almost perfectly. Only because I have a short torso I got the top altered a liiiiiittle bit to take of the gaping that was happening at edge of the bust/arms area but it honestly could be left alone if you're not picky. Barefoot it swept the floor so it was still was long enough with the 4inch heels I wore. Most comfortable! Stretches and allows you do whatever movements you want unlike other dresses where you're hesitant to even sit. Fabric (cotton) is soft and easy to steam/iron. It is a little thin so be careful where u stand to take pics (I uploaded pics standing in front of light to show) if you're wearing shape wear make sure it's smooth and I suggest boob/body tape instead of a bra. I added that butterfly detail just to jazz it up a bit, but again not necessary. This experience was definitely great for a first timer. From ease of shopping/delivery to dress delivering all that it should. Honestly I would get other colours for other events as they come up especially for the price!
