Originally I used to take antistacks but after a little while they seemed to be discontinued so naturally I started looking for an alternative and this is where these came in. I have been using the Oxford vitality products for a while now and can honestly say that I have never suffered with the heavy leg issue in the sense, although my legs are actually really weighty and feel heavy from fatigue of over working them but that feeling is not to be confused with the somewhat artificial feeling created by vanes (there is a difference). If you suffer from the same issue as myself then give these a go by all means, even try the 1200 mg to start with but do understand you need to be patient you won't get results over night, these things like most take a while to kick in and the difference alters so slow and gentle that you won't just suddenly see an improvement it'll happen gradually over time so please bare that in mind. Any products like these and other natural ingredients take time to get in the system so whatever you start taking and when just remember to give things a chance and not abandon after 2 weeks, try a couple of months to be realistic and not set yourself up for failure and disappointment.
