The Best pork seasoning
Like all of us, I like to season my meat. Unlike many, I prefer a light touch that doesn't drown out the flavor of the meat itself, just adds to it. I don't remember why I purchased my first bottle, it has been that long ago, but it was the right choice. My ex-wife is from Kewanee, IL, which bills itself as "The Pork Capital of the US." There was a local resident that sold a wonderful pork seasoning that was just about perfect. Unfortunately, it was only available at the festival, and no where else. So I went on a search for a similar seasoning. I don't remember what lead to Chef Prudhomme's Pork seasoning, but i gave it a try, and it was just what I was looking for. It enhances the flavor just right, even though I apply it liberally, and doesn't add anything that would cover the taste of the pork itself. Definitely worth the money. Chef Prudhomme makes a whole spectrum of seasonings that I'm sure would do just as good of a job, even though J haven't tried them.

Hard to find in my local stores
So glad I found these pork spices by prudhomme. Haven't been able to find it here in any stores. I love the perfect spice combination.

Great all around season
It's a great seasoning for everything I use it for chicken mostly. I find all of this guy's products excellent. I can't seem to find it in the stores I can only find it on Amazon and they usually sell it in three pack it's worth getting
