Easy to use
Bought this for my mum and 1 for my dad too after because my mum found this so easy to use, she doesn't like touch screen and had given up looking for a simple easy to use mobile with large buttons and a good size screen so when i found this i was so happy especially with the SOS button at the back, my dad hates phones but after having a health scare hes coming round to the idea of carrying one around and this will be easy to show him how it works, love the SOS button and also you can put numbers on speed dial too and it has a call blocker for nuisance calls, very very pleased with this phone :)

Faulty and dangerous charger
Recieved this phone and plugged it in to charge it up before use. Upon unplugging it the charger unit came apart in my hand, resulting in me touching live wires, giving me an electric shock and burns to my fingers. Not able to comment on the phone as have been unable to use it. This could of been alot worse. So I urge anyone to check the plug before using it!
