Yes, they are non-marring plastic. You can use them to removal dash piece and other trim parts on your car.

Q: What country it’s made?

It sure plastic, came in clear bag no label. Most likely China for the price, either way it worked for what I needed.

Q: Trying to remove the front bumper of my 2014 honda accord. is this the right product to remove those clips that hold it in place? thanks

I'm not sure what holds the bumper on but if it has plastic push in retainers this set of tools will probably take them out. For the price you should just get them because they are really handy to have around. They will however break if you pry on stuff with them that isn't those plastic push in retainers... I broke one taking the dash panels off on my F150.
