Great oats

This oatmeal is something special, the taste is fresh and smooth, no grit or paste...it stands up to overcooking and mix it with anything with turning it to mush...Excellent!

Taste great, somehow smell even better! I just open the bag to sniff it! Sprouted oats tend to be more digestible. Unfortunately, these are pretty expensive for the quantity you receive compared to other oats. They are organic, and glyphosate free and from a farm that cares, so you are getting a quality product. It's just pricey to keep this stocked up, especially if you want to bake cookies, which, by the way, are so, so good! I'll be buying more and more as budget allows.

I couldn’t find pure oats, chemical free, in the stores, so this worked out well for baking and overnight oats.
