Arrived quickly, thicker and better quality then expected, Softer the expected and Very comfortable to sit on. Was very easy to put on, Has an insane stain resistance to mud, you can easily wipe off it once dry. Love the fact that it is reversible, one for the dog, one for company. Will definitely buy another when this wears out, we love this product!

Absolutely perfect! Exactly what I needed to protect my loveseat from my 5 month old crazy puppy. My loveseat is a sleeper sofa and measured just over 60" wide at the seating area, so I ordered the "fits up to 70 sofa cover". Fits perfect. Doesn't look too big! Able to tuck in sides, front and have a good amount to completely cover the back cushions by wrapping up and over, with an approx. 5" extra to tuck behind the top of the couch. Easily able to tuck the seat portion (depth) into the back of the seat cushions and have plenty of wrap-around for the front of the seat cushions as well. Arm covers are perfect and extend around the outside of the armrests sufficiently. I had no need to use the included strap but I will assume that is because my upholstery is fabric so it doesn't tend to slip. The strap seemed very sturdy and I'm sure it would have worked well had I needed to use it. Quality is very nice and thick enough to be substantial in order to stand up to very frequent and rough use. Have had it over one week now and wanted to make sure it worked out as well as it looks before writing my review:) No rips or tears to be seen. Puppy chews her toys on it (still in chewing stage with super sharp puppy teeth), she scratches around on it - very seriously! - in order to nest and she takes running, flying leaps at it 100+ times a day (with her always sharp puppy toenails). This is a solid, quality cover. I'm actually very impressed it has fully addressed my needs and at what I felt was an exceptional price point. Needless to say I highly recommend this. I got the red/tan. It is more of a warm red, leaning towards a burgundy. Although it is not an exact match with my burgundy/merlot/wine (??) loveseat, but only I see those details. I have a picture attached to show how the fitting/tucking has worked out without much (if any) adjustments needed since I got it, so I can confirm it stays. I'm guessing little straightening out and re-tucking once a week would make it look consistently perfect. I've also included is a partial pic of the loveseat before getting the cover so you might be able to see my fabric and color for reference. Very happy!

Fits our standard size sofa. Well-made and appears to be durable enough for our new puppy. I rate it 4 stars because the strap does not securely hold the back on. I used 4 small clips to hold the strap to the end of the top section. It would be best if loops were sown on to the back and the strap could pass through them.

Perfect covers! I have, over the course of many dog-filled years, tried many brands of sofa covers. In fact, I recently retired a set of much, much, *much* more expensive covers which only lasted a year. We have 3 crazy little rescue dogs who have their own doggie door and huge fenced yard, so there's a lot of tracking in of dirt, leaves, you name it. And of course as soon as they come in (without wiping their paws!) they hop up onto the furniture. The reviews for these covers here on Amazon are so good, however, and the price so attractive, that I decided to give them a try. They also come in the perfect colors for my den (navy/sand). As soon as I unpacked them I knew I'd done a smart thing. The quality was immediately evident, as well as the generous size of the flaps that go over the arms, back and front of the chairs. I also noted with pleasure that the quilting is not the traditional kind using thread, but is created by heat-sealing along the quilt lines. Since 2 of my previous sets of covers failed when doggie toenails got caught in and broke the thread quilting, I was very happy that the Sofa Shield covers did not have that weakness. They are also the perfect sizes (for a standard sofa and loveseat) and look great! With time and use I find them very easy to keep in place, even though I have a terrier mix that loves to borrow. Tucking the covers under the sofa cushions prevents that from being a big deal and even if he really paws at them it only takes a few moments to get them back in place. And the best part is how well they launder and how quickly they line-dry (I'm sure they'd dry super-fast in the dryer should I need them more quickly). I have ordered another sofa-sized cover from which I will make a seat cushion cover for a leather chair that does not require as much protection as the other pieces. In the spring I will order another set in a lighter color--because they are so well-priced that's a nice option I'm looking forward to. Highly recommended!

I liked this cover even tho the color I ordered (seafoam) is much lighter than in their picture. FYI, It’s more like a minty/aqua, pretty tho and seemed to be of good quality. It lost two stars with me, bc I never received the strap to hold it onto the sofa back and am being forced to return it. My little dogs sit on the back of the sofa and so that just became a no-go for me, because it won’t stay in place w/o that strap. I tried multiple times to contact this company since the day it arrived. I emailed Gorilla Commerce and they told me contact the seller. So. I’ve called, left a voicemail and talked to the virtual assistant and NOTHING. Virtual assistant says no replacement parts, return or replace the item. I’ll just say - its a nice cover but if you order it, if you don’t get that strap, the customer service on this one is just non-existent. PS I ordered 2 more sofa covers (from other companies). I refused to reorder from this company because they never cared if I got a strap the first time and I had no guarantee they would send me a strap the 2nd time either. The other covers I ordered were both a lil cheaper and one even had straps actually made in. I figured If it was gonna cost me to return this one (rural area, no UPS store in my town) then I might as well make sure to get a strap in the process. And Guess what? They both came with straps. Wow! Imagine that?! I decided on the one with the straps made in it. It’s made by Vanelux if anyone else is interested. The straps are bungied with no metal parts. Just seemed safer for my dogs as well. It’s really nice and fully reversible AND true to color, too. I know some said they wouldn’t stay on even with the strap on theirs so maybe this other type strap would. I’ve already put it on my sofa and It stays put with my little doggies. So win win - Mission accomplished. Now it’s gonna be time to pay the piper tho - with my 2 returns. I don’t care tho. I needed this to work. I was willing to buy a strap. I told this company that- but just got no response. It’s ok, alls well that ends well. I like the one I received better. It’s got two usable sides, both pretty colors and integrated straps just across a very ends that actually hold it in place. So, it was worth it, plus it was also a tad bit cheaper, too. Although, I could have done without all this stress. Blessings. Update: I finally returned the seafoam cover and they didn’t charge me the fee to return at UPS drop off point. Never did even receive so much as a return email from this seller, tho, so Im leaving it at 3 stars due to crappy customer service and the stress that I so didn’t need. Oh, and I decided the just keep the other 2 Id ordered. I actually got those two for the price of this one, and they both work, are both reversible, and have their straps, one has them built in. So now I have a change while ones in the wash, since my little dogs love the back of the sofa. I’m happy and they’re happy, so we wish you all success on your sofa cover journey! Got this for my parents. It fits perfectly! Good protection for the couch from scratches and dog fur.

I am very happy with the sofa and loveseat cover. Our sofa is 68” wide between the rolled arms and the sofa cover fits perfectly with enough material to tuck in between the cushions and the arm. Our loveseat is 45” between the rolled arms and the loveseat cover is more generous at 56” and the extra material gets tucked in. I wanted covers that would blend in with our light tan sofa and loveseat and they do. The taupe color looks darker online than it actually is, so the lighter color worked great for me. The covers do move on your furniture after a while, but easily go back in place. It’s like having a very lightweight quilt on the furniture. I don’t use the straps on either piece. Also, we have a 4 month old puppy who jumps up on the couch with his big wet feet when he comes in from outside. The wet mark drys quickly without leaving a spot. I have washed and dried (low setting) the sofa cover and it came out great. No pills, etc. (Note: if you are not sure if you are going to keep the cover, take a picture of it out of the package, but still folded up. I did return one of the covers since I ordered it in two colors. This helped me refold it and get it in the plastic zip container.). As an update, after approx. 1 1/2 years, I reordered the same covers so I have a backup when one set is in the wash. The original covers still look great (no pills, no tears, etc.) even with a large dog jumping on and off them.

Got an new couch, and decided to put forth the effort to protect it. This is a great option. Black is true, grey is light but not white. The stitching seems durable and theres enough length without being ridiculous and needing tucked. As far as stain resistence, we use the black side, so not a lot show would show up anyway Pros: Durable Priced well Sized well Cons: Straps suck. The single strap used to cinch the cover across the rear of the couch has two fatal flaws. First is the shape of the buckles used. They are long, rectangles that match the size of the elastic strap. The problem is the straps pull at odd angles, not directly on the long edge. Because of this, they bunch up on one side, turn long ways, and look bad. The second issue is the fabric loops that hang onto the buckles. The buckles have a gap in the dead center that you slips the loops though. This doesn't work. Again, pulling at odd angles means that the loop slips to one side of the buckle and and the other half isnt doing anything. Getting them on is a hassle under tension and without tension they fall out. A better design would have used a D or O ring, and had a carabiners style clasp or to make a solid surface to slide along, without slipping out. I actually used one to great effect, slipping it though the fabric loop and buckle. The buckle is sideways, but doesnt fall off at least. Two suggestions for improvement. First a strap that is sized to the seating area, and attached at the arm cover flaps. The would prevent the covers from being pull over the arms and down. A third loop strap attached to the edge of the arm flaps would hold them don and prevent them from being pushed into the crevices of the the couch. Would pay ten more bucks for these hassle eliminators.

I bought this for my brand new sofa & matching cover for the new chair. The color was a little lighter than I thought it would be. Irregardless I did not return for a darker color. These covers have truly been a saver for the couch and chair. I have 2 large breed dogs who don’t always stay off the furniture. The furniture is protected from dirt off the dogs and dog fur. I live in a working farmhouse, my husband is prone to sitting in furniture with manure, sawdust, mud, grease you name it and it’s on his clothes. These have protected not only the seat cushions but the arms as well. The covers fit very well, the arm cover part stays in place, the back stays in place and the seat stays in place. I tuck it slightly under the seat cushions. The strap works well to hold the back in place, tho sometimes it gets moved a little bit (5 year old can’t always sit still when on the couch ! ). I have washed this multiple times since purchasing and it has stood up well. It is not completely waterproof but for minor spills it offers some protection. All in all I am super pleased with the quality. I did purchase the couch cover on sale but the chair cover was not. I absolutely do not regret paying a higher price for the matching chair cover vs an unmatching cheaper brand. **note I don’t have time to primp & prim so it may not look immaculate in the photo but it serves its function fabulously **

Was nice and fit well but keeping on the couch is another story as that one strap doesn’t hold very well which leads for in always coming off. Needs a better way keep it on the couch
