After getting a new ear piercing, the piercing studio was selling specialty ear piercing pillows for around $24. It was incredibly soft, supportive and cushioned, and because of its shape, I could position my ear comfortably without putting pressure on my new piercing. An added bonus was that it supported my neck so well that it kept my head from being hyperextended while I slept.I took it with me on a trip and discovered it’s one of the best travel neck pillows I’ve ever owned. If you rotate the pillow so the back faces the front, the higher, built-up sides provides excellent neck stabilization and keeps your head from flopping forward while you sleep. That simple adjustment made a huge difference in comfort on my flight.Don’t let the fact that this is marketed as a children’s travel pillow fool you.
