Health, vitamins, supplements and minerals
Great product, it works wonderfully for me. I take it at 6 pm, it also relieves tension, and I sleep well. However, you should also ask your doctor ๐โ

Slowly builds Rbergy level and really helps having a good nights rest
I was speaking with my husbandโs cardiologist a rather younger very intelligent doctor and conversation began speaking about supplements. Thus brand and type entered into the conversation . Dr. stated he is taking this tri magnesium , would definitely recommend it to him. He has had bad sleeping issues and may be a boost to his sleeping. I have the same issue so I paid attention to that part. Upon arriving home we ordered them and within two weeks I felt I was sleeping better, and energy level did improve slightly. My husband got sane results however, he is still going up and down with sleeping. Overall I believe this tri magnesium by Intergrative Therapeutics is a must try. Itโs third party verified and that also help me decide to try them.

Great For Sleep
Got this to help with constipation, but it didn't do much for that, so I started taking it before bed for better sleep, and it seems to have a good impact on my sleep quality. I always sleep deeper when I take one pill before bed.
