I am recently renovating my unfinished basement and in doing so am planning on building an In-Wall Media Center. We are adding new rooms to the basement and I am wanting to add TV's to the new rooms, in addition to rooms in the house that never had TV connections for future use. My current satellite provider only allows up to 4 HDTV boxes in the house so as I was investigating my options I ran into this J-Tech 1x8 Powered Splitter with Ultra HD 4K and 3D Resolution support. I ran up to 50 ft. HDMI cables to each room consisting of up to 6 total rooms and connected the splitter as described. It did exactly what is stated it could do and was a perfect solution for my In-Wall media center and the added HDTV Stations in the rooms that we never had TV connections to before. This unit was very important for me to see that I could have all TV sets on or only a limited number of the TV sets operating and this splitter works great. No distortion of video or audio no matter how many TV sets were in operation This is a great product and works very well. I am very happy with this product.

We have 5 100' booster-ed HDMI cables, 1 50' & a 25' cables connected to this splitter & we are impressed! We are running an American Legion Bingo on this from a Tablet & it works great! We have 6 55"/1 43" 4k/1080 TVs & WE ARE HAPPY! First run with this config is tonight :) NOTE: If we did this again, we would go the Ethernet/HDMI rout! Cheers, Jon

Our church is on the third device in about six years. So, they only seem to hold up for about two years

This product works as designed, unfortunately I wanted to "extend" to multiple screens using multiple tabs/windows --> this device will only show 2 open windows and "duplicates" from one of 2 screen view options ... it's of no use when I'm connecting to 8 monitors.
