4 Pack - 20mm Round Shaft Central Door Lock Actuator Motor FC-280PC-22125, Spindle, Power Locking Repair Engine

The motor worked perfect in my 2009 Toyota Venza drivers side door. The power lock stopped working and the motor fixed it. You will have to saw the shaft w a hacksaw to match the original and also file a flat on the shaft so that the gear from the original motor fits. The hardest part is removal of the lock assy from inside the door. Disassembly of the lock assy is not difficult once you figure out how it comes apart. Reinstalling the door lock assy inside the door is no picnic. The trick is to get the door handle assy rod to fit in the small hole on the lock assy and at the same time trying to get the the cross hair post from the mechanical lock into another hole on the door lock assy. After 2 hours and alot of swearing, it works and was well worth the savings of the $600 it would have cost to replace at the local toyota dealer.

These worked perfectly in my daughters 2008 Prius. I used my dremel to modify the shaft. I held the shaft with vise grips while grinding away with my dremel. There are plenty of YouTube videos explaining it all. The whole job took @37 mins.

As expected. Works great. Shaft is not knurled like Toyota OEM (for a 1993 Land Cruiser) but it was easy to sweat on the brass gear. Saved me hundreds of dollars!

Item came well packaged and worked as advertised. Bought these motors to replace a bad door lock/latch mechanism on my 2010 Prius. The length on the shaft is 20mm which was needed. Though you have grind a flat side of the shaft to fit the plastic worm gear. The first motor was nice and snug, the second motor was on the loose side but there were no issues. The only major issues I had was once installed, the polarity was backward. When you hit lock, the door unlock, and vice versa. I spent a good amount of time taking the assembly apart just to see what I did wrong. But it wasn't installer error. To save yourself the headache and taking the latch assembly apart. Test it first before you button everything back up. I end up swapping the two thicker wires on the plug that goes to the latch assembly. Overall it beats paying $260 from the dealer when you can fix it for about $5.00 and an hour or so.

I bought these to replace the the power lock actuator motors in both front doors of my 2010 Prius. I was under the impression that they would be too long, but they were not. All I had to do was file a flat side on the motor pin to match that of the motors being removed. I did that using a dremel and it took maybe 20 seconds per motor. If you are replacing the power lock motors inside the power lock actuator for your 2010 prius, these are what you want!

Great price,great product,however, these are NOT OEM Toyota Replacement Parts.The Original OEM Toyota Door Lock Actuator,has a flattened side on the steel shank.The "so-called" OEM Door Lock Actuator sent, has a rounded steel shank.I had a portable grinder,and had to grind down the steel shank,like the OEM Toyota Actuator that was removed and replaced.

Work great ... Just had too cut the shaft they were to long for a 2001 Lexus gs300

Lexus door lock actuators will require the shorter shaft. I was not paying close enough attention when I bought these with the longer shaft. I trimmed them to fit and made them work but cost myself an extra step.
