I wasn't sure if these would be worth trying, but I am glad I took a chance. I was hesitant to purchase only because like most parents, we already have paper and crayons. This LCD tablet is neat in that there are only two pieces to keep track of (especially in a car) to use to doodle, draw, or write. The pads mimic the look of an iPad which my husband and kids noticed right away. What I think is so neat and pretty magical is the way that the writing/doodle/drawing literally just disappears with the click of the iPad looking 'start' button. It's a simple device, but I think it definitely works for its intended purpose.
