Incorporated these into my marathon training along with gels, no tummy upset, taste great and make a nice change from the gels

I love these gummies, the pack is easy to open, dummies easy to access when running. With the different flavours you dont get bored either. I will use a full pack during a half marathon, gives me enough of a carb boost to power me up to the finish line.

Well I think they work concidering I managed to do a few 5k s and I’m the most unathletic person out of my group. Taste good and give a quick burst of energy but get caught in my teeth. Great value as I share with my friend

Expensive fruit gums?
These have exactly the same texture as rowntree fruit gums. When they're cold they're quite hard to chew which isn't great when breathing hard due to exercise. Then they get stuck in my teeth. I'm already concious of my dental regime when consuming carbs (sugar) for longer distance run and cycle rides. They taste okay though. Overall they're just not for me.
