I bought this to seal a septic tank riser to my septic tank and it was easy to use and works well for my application and need. There was plenty of it to use for the job that I was doing with some left over to do a few other things. It wasn't messy at all since they've made it reusable. It sealed everything nicely. It didn't have an odor at all. As for the looks it won't matter in my application. It served its purpose for what it was intended for. It did fill the gaps nicely for my purposes. I couldn't find this in my home improvement store so I bought it along with the riser at the same time. Glad that whomever made this stuff reusable and easier to use made it for homeowners to use later if not all used up at one time within a 30 day period.

I was hesitant the spray patterns would make it look weird so I used a glove to mess it up so it was even while spraying. Came out strong at first and then fizzled out and was kinda hard to spray. Can get messy if you aren't careful. I used one and a half cans for the back of my 20gal tank. Pretty easy to do if you are patient- I let mine cure for a week because snakes are sensitive to glasses and fumes. Afterwards I took a sharp little knife and carved some peices in the back so they looked a little more rock like. Looks amazing ( I'm getting a charcoal pool soon so it will match the back wall haha). Super happy with the turn out!

It's great stuff. Finding the color black isn't always easy as I travel around the country in an RV, so Amazon is a good place to find it consistently as well as being a bit cheaper.

I purchased this to create the background for a terrarium. Overall, it’s a good product, but consistency between cans varied—one sprayed and expanded beautifully, while another didn’t expand as much and was harder to work with. Application: Definitely wear gloves—this foam is extremely difficult to remove from skin. Use in a well-ventilated area, as there is a noticeable odor during application. Performance: When it works properly, the expansion fills gaps well and adheres securely. It’s ideal for shaping custom backgrounds, but for terrarium use, be sure to apply an appropriate layer of silicone over the foam before finishing the build. Pros: • Expands and holds shape well when working correctly • Great for creative builds like terrariums and ponds • Durable once cured Cons: • Inconsistent expansion between cans • Strong odor during use • Very sticky—must wear gloves Bottom line: With proper prep, ventilation, and silicone sealing, this can be a great product for terrarium or pond projects.

Love this product. We use it to build bioactive Vivariums for all our reptiles and amphibians. It dries quickly, expands well, and holds better than other brands we have tried.

Used on outdoor water fountain around base of one of the bowls where it connects to the spacer. Messy so I'd practice a bit on a piece of cardboard. Make sure nozzle it very tight. Worked very well sealing and stabilizing the bowl. Wear gloves!

We absolutely love this product. We use it for our reptile vivariums/bioactive tanks for the backs, it makes for a fantastic "filler" for backgrounds, easy covering, easy carving, and is also a great color so if any damage happens or an area is missed slightly, it's not an eye-sore like other beige alternatives!

Great product and it works well. However, there’s no return option, so double-check the quantity before purchasing. If you order extras to be safe, keep in mind you may not be able to send them back.

Really good but horrendously overpriced

Super pour modeler un terrarium. Mon fond de terrarium humide et effectué avec ce produit et même après un ans, il tient toujours aussi bien. À utiliser la même journée puisque le restant finis par sécher dans la paille et très difficile de le refaire fonctionner.

I was expecting something better for the price and the reputable brand. Mehhh... nothing crazy. And the bottle was done too quickly.
