It Works
IT. WORKS. You MUST be willing to eat healthy, regular portions. This product will help you do just that. It tastes like the grain alcohol that the product is made with, and to me that masks any other flavor. DO NOT USE if you are an alcoholic or have sensitivity to alcohol. That said, I have had GREAT LUCK LOSING WEIGHT with this product. Here's what I do. 1. I use the drops 20 - 30 mins before I eat. I will drink either coffee or water before breakfast after taking the drops, and know that might make the drops less effective. 2. BREAKFAST: A SERVING of keto cereal with almond milk. 3. LUNCH: A prepared single serving salad from W*nco. 4. DINNER: I have whatever I want, 650 calories or less. I tend to stay away from carbs or fat and tend to be at least Gluten Free if not Keto.This is the way I have lost 28.5 pounds since the beginning of the year.

Great product if you know how to use it
This product must be used in conjunction with a very low calorie diet. The protocol is to fat/calorie load for 2-3 days so the body doesn't think its starving in the low calorie portion. Then for 21 days you follow a traditional very low calorie diet. The drops are fantastic in helping with hunger and cravings. It takes of fat quickly but usually about 10-12 pounds for a female and 15-20 pounds for a male.
