These chairs are SO comfortable and well made. Very sturdy. They were delivered in just a few days from when I ordered them. I love how the chairs swivel and glide! The cushions are thick and the navy blue color is so pretty. It does take quite some time to assemble them but the instructions were clear and all the hardware was well packaged. I read some reviews that mentioned that these chairs tip over backwards easily. My husband and I both tried to make them tip over to see if that was going to be a problem but neither of us could make them tip over when sitting in them even when we tried. Maybe if they are assembled incorrectly or the chairs are defective then they would tip over backwards. Ours are very sturdy and I can’t see how they would possibly tip over backwards. I have looked around online and in stores to try and find some nice chairs for our screened in back patio area and decided to order these. I was a little anxious about how they would look since I ordered them without actually seeing them in person. They could not be nicer chairs! I think they look better in person than in the pictures. I am considering ordering another set while they still have them in stock because I love these so much. Very highly recommend this set of chairs and side table.

Please excuse the chaos in the photos, our house is being renovated. I had a lot of fun assembling this set. The diagrams are easy enough to follow and all of the hardware was clearly labeled and separated. That said, this is not necessarily a beginner assembly project. The chair is very sturdy, wide, and comfortable. The table is a great size and the glass is good quality. I like the brown/tan hues of the chair and I'm expecting that the materials will stand up to elements well as they seem well made. I look forward to many seasons rocking with my kids in this chair. *note This set came in two boxes.if your first box doesn't have hardware or instructions, fear not, they were all packed into the second box on our set.

Easy to assemble. Comfortable and high-quality seat cushions. Very good looking set of chairs and table. Mine will be covered by a porch. Hopefully, I will not have to edit any of my remarks. Edit: It's been six months now and the spindles holding up the chairs bent and snapped. It's a shame given how nice they look. Cheap materials.

I am a 72 yo lady and was able to complete assembly by myself. I note this as so many have complained about the difficulty. The comments regarding the fit of one hole to another is VERY accurate. So hard to make them meet, get the screw in and then tighten down. The assembly on the first chair and table took me under two hours. BUT, then trouble ensued. Part D [the back] holes at the back of the part weren't actually drilled correctly [see attached Use & Care Guide picture]. Not that they didn't line up [which they didn't] but that they weren't drilled? I don't what they did, but there was no way a screw was going to go in to the hole. I tried inserting alone on Part D. No Way. Note picture of the screw. So I went to Menards and got a metal hole drill bit. Nope! Not happening. After working on just this issue for over one hour I said 'to heck with it' and put it together as best as I could. I didn't want the hassle of waiting to get replacement parts and, literally, having to nearly completely undo everything I had already assembled. Or if they sent a whole new chair to assemble, who knows if the same issue would be there or there would be other issues and then I'd have to figure out how to get rid of the bad chair. Because I had Part B laying a top Parts D&C I didn't notice the big rip on the inside of Part B's upper arm. These are all issues with items one must assemble themselves. Better quality control is needed by all manufacturers. That all said, if perfect parts, these are very easy to assemble by oneself. Use your own hex bit in your drill and a crescent wrench to hold the lock nut when tightening. Even with the troubles, these are lovely pieces, very comfortable and a great price for three pieces.

I purchased this chair set several weeks ago. It took me about 50 minutes to finish the installation. Most of the parts have already been attached together thus all I did was putting the base of the two rocking chairs together and setting up the side table. The two chairs are comfortable and with great quality. The material of the chair is somewhere between wood and plastic, offering a comfortable and natural feel without any unpleasant odors. I especially love the anti-rain design. The chairs dry very quickly after the rain, I used to be worried if I need to take the cushions indoors to keep them dry LOL. The thick cushions provided with the chairs are incredibly plush and supportive. Plus, I love the dark gray color which complement the tan chairs perfectly, adding a bit sophistication to my patio decor. Last but not least, the compact size of the set fits perfectly on my balcony without taking up too much space. It has become my go-to spot for enjoying the outdoors. The only concern is that I wish this product could provide more colors so that I could pick a color that fits my parasol better. Couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.

We like the style, size and weight accomodations of the chair. Bought this in 2023 and similar to a few other reviews a little after 1 year my husbands chair base snapped in half. Luckily no injuries. Contacted the Phi Villa and they would not give me a free replacement. I ended up having to purchase 1 and decided to buy a 2nd as it took 3 months to get. The chairs can function without the swivel but the swivel was an appealing feature so....Here we are another year later and the base didnt break but the crossbar that attaches to the base cracked. So, now i need to get that replaced. I spent $600 when i got them put in another $90 investment. Not sure how much part F will cost me but I just cant see throwing in the towel yet only to buy another set of chairs for $600+. I dont sit out there much so I just swap out my chair with him until I can fix his.
