Easy to put on
I found this a good replace for my Delta 1400 series. I got it on easy, just a couple of screws once I got it situated in the right spot. It fits, it looks nice and now it looks good again. Someone had used the wrong cleaning fluid on the old one and took the finish off. I like this one is nice and shiny and heavy duty. It is all metal. I have enclosed pictures so you can make an informed decision based on your own personal needs. Yes, I would recommend this product.

Great, Simple, Uncomplicated
The BEST! Big box stores (Blue and Orange) aren't stocking these any longer but thank goodness Amazon is. You can try the one hole conversion cover plates but they do not come with the screws to mount the plate where the two hole mounts. Pretty stupid if you ask me. Plus the screw that is provided is smack in the middle of the overflow pipe making it an obstruction to water flow. Buy these for your older tub like mine and you'll be happy you did. The new cover plate is solid along with the stainless steel bolts/screws that come with it.

Affordable quality with usually caveats
One bolt was improperly forged, so I had to reuse an old bolt. Disappointing QC but the product quality is otherwise fine.

This looks great in my bath tub and works. I have a 1920's cast iron claw footed tub and this item was easy to install.

Installation was straightforward—just unscrewed the old one and popped this in using the included brass screws. The chrome finish looks clean and matches the rest of my fixtures. It's a small detail, but it definitely freshens up the tub's appearance. If your overflow plate has seen better days, this is an easy and affordable fix.
