I wished it would have last longer! I figured this might happen so I brought a GoPole grenade mount (ol' reliable) with me.Pros:- One of the ONLY telescoping handles out there that shrinks to a reasonable size (7" or so)- Sturdy materials- Nice Grip- Extends long enough for good viewCons:- The telescoping mechanism is inherently flawed. It is not the easiest to use, but workable. However, after a couple times locking it out, once it just went too far, and then it was done for. Additionally, when it did fail it popped off. I would never trust this mount over water, cliffs, or any area where you could use your GoPro.If they could fix the telescoping mechanism. This would be one of the best mounts out there.GoPole just released a very identical looking mount called the GoPole Reach Snap. GoPole is known for some of the more higher quality mounts out there.
