Great book, tiny gray font for ingredients
It's a fantastic book, but the ingredients are printed in a small light gray font and very difficult to read if you have less than perfect vision.

White wine every where.
Almost every recipe contains white wine which i don't like, rest all things are good. Its a good book for those who love to cook not for those who are learning to cook.
