I don't know why so many people say these hooks don't fit. Yes, there is a slight gap at the front, but it doesn't mean they don't work, they're just not snug. You could probably wedge a piece of wood or cardboard in the gap to make it sturdier, but they don't jiggle, so I don't think that's necessary. It's true, they do not hold large mugs, but smaller ones are just fine. I have a lot of cups, so I use them to hold ones I don't often use - it's perfect for keeping them out of the way. It was pretty easy to install. The hardest part was deciding where to place them - I had to move one because initially I didn't leave enough space for the cups to hang & they were hitting the side wall. After that adjustment, they were perfect.

These are far superior to the ones that have 6 hooks,(likely a different brand) as ECROCY has big enough hooks to properly hang an average mug, whereas the 6 hook types have very small hooks, only suitable for the smallest tea cups- these have enough space between hooks so the mugs don't bang on each other and chip. Also, this one- the ends fit snugly against the wood of the shelf I am hanging them on, whereas the 6 hook one, the length is wrong or something and it does not snugly fit even with putting a screw in, the length of it wobbles and sways side to side, as well as having the hooks so close together the mugs bang on each other.. So I ordered more ECROCY that are on the way, the 6 hook one I don't know what to do with those, maybe I can use it in the cellar for tools, a closet for ties or re-gift it.

The mug holders look nice and feel sturdy. They helped me save space and organize my mugs under the cabinet. Installation was simple and they hold the mugs well. The only issue I noticed is that the front hook is placed a little too close to the cabinet door. When I hang a mug on the front hook, it hits the cabinet door when I close it. Because of that, I can’t really use the front hook when the holder is installed inside the cabinet. Overall, it’s a good product and looks great, but the spacing of the front hook could be improved.

Just ok. Great idea but the hooks are such that they hand down a fair way under the shelf so you actually lose the area under where the cups hang. Sort of defeats the purpose.

We have quite a collection of mugs, and our cabinets were starting to get cluttered. These under-shelf holders were the perfect solution to reclaim that space. Not only did they clear out the "mug mountain" on the shelf, but the presentation looks much more organized and professional now. The installation is straightforward since they slide right onto the flat shelf. They feel sturdy enough to hold our favorite cups securely without bending. If you’re looking for an easy way to organize your coffee station and make your kitchen look a bit more "Pinterest-ready," this 3-piece set is a great investment.

Read carefully in the description (fit for 1 inch thickness). That is accurate. The problem is that almost no kitchen shelves are 1-inch thick or more. Most are around 3/4 in. That means this product will most likely NOT fit your kitchen shelves. They are also longer than most kitchen shelves are deep (in my experience). The large, 3-in square adhesive pad pushes the minimum depth needed for your shelves to fit out even farther. I tried getting it to fit by trimming about 3/4 in. off of the pad, but the unit was still too long for my shelves. The hooks themselves are placed far too close together to be useful for anything other than expresso cups. They are also oriented straight toward you, which means that the only way to hang cups or mugs would be to hang them laterally, taking up far more space than nested coffee cups would. Do yourself a favor, and just stop by your local hardware store and buy a very cheap packet of screw-in hooks, which you can place anywhere you like and orient however you need. It takes a little work, but you'll save so much in frustration and wasted effort.

Finally I found a truly functional mug holder that does not sag, is sturdy enough to hold larger size mugs and is easy to install with the hardware included. I did not have to use the screws. It looks great and my cabinet is now organized making it easy to grab a mug in the morning without shuffling through my many mugs to get to the one I want.

In theory, these mug holders are a good idea. In execution, not so much. I really wanted to love these, but after a full day with them installed, aim retuning them. First, there is a lip on the top bar that sits on the shelf above the hooks. If it sit flat, it wouldn’t be an issue, but the raised lip impedes being able to store things on the shelf. Not a huge deal, but annoying none-the-less. Second, the first, most front facing hook is so close to the cabinet door when closed that all the mugs get pushed back. I’d have to take care everytime I opened or closed the cabinet and sometimes, you just forget. So, that’s the main reason for the return. I don’t want to end up with busted mugs. And, third, due to the height of my cabinet shelves, these hangers leave a lot of wasted space in the cabinet, which defeats the purpose of organizing. The mugs hang nicely, but unless I have something pretty small that happens to go in that cabinet, there’s too much wasted space for my liking. I will be seeking out another option, which may be a riser of some sort. I would suggest measuring your cabinets and mugs to see if these hangers would be suitable. But, with them hanging so close to the door, I’d say look for other options.

It is long enough to almost go to the of the cabinet and the hooks are great for mugs or glasses with thick or wide handles. It stays finally in place and holds the weight on my mugs.
