Bought this for jet skiing and biking and was able to capture some great footage! Should fit most wrist sizes well and I like the ability to adjust the camera mount 360° and up down

Does the job for my low-stress use.
Good quality strap. Easily adjustable, secure rotating base. I don’t do any diving or high-stress activities, so my usage pattern is pretty mild. This wrist strap works fine for my moderate level of activity. Jerry

Cheap Piece of Junk
I would not suggest this mount. I bought it to use as an ankle mount for one parachute jump. When I first got it I thought it was halfway decent. It allowed for some rotation of the camera and it seemed halfway sturdy when I first bought it a few months ago. Fast forward a couple of months to when I actually needed to use it and it literally fell apart. 3 out of 4 rivets holding it to the strap either fell apart or the mount itself cracked. I tried to use some zip ties to hold to one of my water shoes but the sliding bar that allowed some rotation of the actual mount wouldn’t hold place. I ended up not even trying to use it because it was such a piece of crap. Search elsewhere, this product will leave you disappointed and hanging

***Honest review***bought for Warrior Dash obstacle course. Everytime I turned it, (first use) it squeaked during rotation. It ruined my footage. I expected rotation in high speed action with reasonable performance, fail.
