These are my absolute favorite nasal strips! The clear strips don’t stick to skin very well. Honestly the extra strength strips don’t stick any better and only stick in the very middle, where they have ripped off some skin. The lavender fabric strips stick great and have a slightly sweet lavender scent. I wear them almost every night due to extreme nasal congestion. These were a savior! My son has a hard time with allergies sometimes and when he gets stuffy, he is miserable. These definitely help him sleep better. The smell is amazing and you get a lot for the price. Lightweight on the nose but feel like they wont hold the grip for long and they have fallen off once or twice.

These Breathe Right Nasal Strips in lavender scent stay on great through the night and make a noticeable difference in breathing comfort. They help open up my nasal passages so I can breathe easier while sleeping, which has helped improve my sleep quality. The lavender scent is a nice added touch that makes them a bit more relaxing to use before bed.

It does not stick well. Even after washing face to rid of oil. Not for wide noses AT ALL. One side keeps coming up at the ends. The only thing that sticks well is the part on the bridge of the nose.

I've been using Breathe Right Strips for years...decades even. And in my mind, they are still the absolute best that the industry has to offer. I've tried many other brands in an attempt to get a better quality strip or to find something that was as good but perhaps a little cheaper. But I've been unable to do so, and really it's not even close. Breathe Right remains the King. I definitely don't get as good of a night's sleep without these. While again, I've tried other strips, these promote the best sleep. And I love the lavender scent combined with the 50% extra strength. I like the lavender and I like the extra 50%. They can be a little tricky to remove from the nose if you have thin or sensitive skin in that area. If that ever happens to me, I try to put a little piece of Kleenex or something on the sensitive area before I apply the strip at night. And I always wash my nose before I put the strip on just to make sure I have good adhesion. I have recommended these to everybody I know. Most people, for whatever reason, are resistant to try them. I feel like these would help pretty much everybody sleep better. If you're not using them, buy a box and try them for a few weeks. See if you don't notice that you get a better night's sleep. I'd be surprised if you didn't. My dad happens to be an ENT. Despite being a doctor, I don't think he knew much about these early on--I mean they don't require a prescription or anything. But after a few years, he started recommending Breathe Right strips to his patients. He recommended them to me, although I was already using them though LOL! But I think he recommends them to people for snoring. Personally, I like them just because I feel like I sleep and breathe so much better when I use them. Does it help my storing? Maybe a little. I feel like I would definitely snore more without them. This is one of the absolute best products available here on Amazon. Highly recommended!
