Nice chart for herbs.
I picked up 3 Cave Tools magnetic charts to help with indoor cooking and outdoor grilling. Right now they reside on our fridge. They have information at a quick glance for herbs, temperatures, whatever they are designed for. They arrived in good time.

I’m disappointed by this chart. Smaller than I anticipated. As you can see in my photo. I don’t think it gives an appropriate amount of suggestions in regards to substitute spices. Which was my goal. This would maybe be ok for beginners.
