Love this bun maker. Easy to use, holds in place, and doesn’t tangle the hair.

Great, really easy to use. The snap was a bit difficult the first few times but it got easier each time (like a new zipper). My hair is fine/thin and not very long (just past my shoulders) but I was still able to use the small one and get away with it for stage.

I always struggle making buns with my long thick hair. I have sensory issues and prefer wearing a bun. I knew the smaller one would be too small so I used the larger one. It's very easy to make the bun and secure it. It also doesn't pull any of my hair. I love it for those reasons. The problems lie in taking the tool out of your hair and also with snapping it closed. I believe the velcro strips grab every strand of hair in my head and it takes me about 5 minutes to take it down because the velcro is so attached. Then I wind up with little tangles. It's rather difficult to snap the button closed, so I struggle there a bit as well. Other than that, it does make a nice bun, at least.

I usually have trouble rolling my very long hair without it falling out of the roller or barette or whatever I'm using, and this item works great. It's quick to roll and doesn't snag my hair and it stays in tight.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. If you have any respect or love for your hair, for the love of everything DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Me and my 10 hairs were trying to find a way to keep them out of the way, and healthy but keep my hair up. I love putting buns in my hair, but my aging and thinning hair had nothing to do with buns that I used to make. I saw this and thought, this looks great. My hair can be up out of the way, that will help with keeping it from getting damaged! I started with the smaller bun thingy of the 2. I made a bun. I tried this 2 times and I am so sorry to my hair. I made a beautiful bun. It was pretty easy to style. The hardest part of doing the style was getting the little snap to work. Ok, great, I did it, I wore it. It came time to take it out. Those stickery little claws of death did not want to let my hair go. I think I was down to 7 hairs at this point. So I tried it again. I figured I did something wrong. Used some smoothing stuff. Put in the bun, wore the bun, those little claws of death again... so now I think I am at 4.5 hairs. This thing will BREAK your hair. The good news, the bun looked good. Bad news - no... absolutely NOT. Me and my 4.5 hairs that are left looked at the other hairs that simply were left there. My hair is traumatized. I am traumatized. I even took it out slowly but that crap is gripping your hair. Reality I don't really have only 4.5 hairs, but I do have thin hair that was damaged with this piece of crap. I need to figure out what to do with it. Probably introduce it to the trash can. I don't think I can return it as I used one piece of it. I am trying to figure out who my worst enemy is and I could gift it to them, but I think that enemy is an ex-boyfriend and he doesn't have long enough hair for this. Just no. Me and my 4.5 hairs are spending the evening with a replenishing conditioner and a silk roller thingy, and resigning to the fact the hairs we lost are just gone.

I’m not a huge fan. It’s hard to get your hair adjusted in it (the Velcro part is super sticky on the hair), but then the bun is so huge it covers almost the whole back of your head and I hate that look. It also takes a crazy amount of pins to get the thing to look like it’s stuck to your head and not popping off. Overall, I’m not super surprised but I had hoped it wouldn’t work quite like this. It’s also hard to snap shut and the built in elastic is interesting but it makes the bottom look weird.

They work OK for making a bun - it can be tricky to get the ends to come together in such a way so that it's smooth & easy to pull the hair around. But for no heat curls this is the best. I'm a side sleeper - one on top of my had for the face fringe & one in the back for the rest of the hair - wake up to perfect curls/waves. Stay secure all night no problem & doesn't pull.

Makes a full bun, and much easier to use than a solid "donut" for my waist-length (but fairly thin) hair. You loop the ends of your hair around the bun-maker, then roll it up like a croissant, and snap the ends together (toward the bottom so they don't show). Don't know yet how durable the snap button will be, but so far so good. There will be a small patch near the snap that is not quite covered by hair, so choose the bun color to match. I hold the bun against my head using spiral clips and no hairspray. Very easy to remove after a long tiring day.

Its perfect for hairstyles in a hurry. Easy to work with. Both sizes are useful. Can be used for both sleek buns, top buns and messy buns too. The best part is, it stays put.

Purchase this for an event but decided on a different hairstyle. It looks like it will do what it is supposed too.

Button is so hard to clip in, but with that being said it does not come undone easily so once it have your perfect bun all done, you know it will not loosen or come undone! Always have these amd love them!
