Read the printing real good these look like they're in boxes they are 2 individual small packs what a rip off in price it's a joke. Not worth 4.50 more like 1.00

I always use this stabilizer when whipping cream for deserts. Heavy whipping cream from the refrigerator aisle is fine by itself, but it won't hold it's shape as long and as solidly on its own. It will hold its shape much better with this stabilizer. Whip It won't alter the flavor. Cream still tastes like cream, no after taste. And it's easy to use. You pour a packet into a quart of cream and whip it as usual.

Now you can add whipped cream to your desserts and not have to worry they’ll go flat! This keeps whipped cream the perfect consistency. I even ordered some for a friend that was impressed with how long it lasted on the desserts! Good stuff!

I have used this product for years. It actually does keep the whip cream from weeping and losing consistency.
