Aveeno Positively Radiant Targeted Tone Corrector, 1.1 Fl. Oz

Okay, first, I am a dude. Vain? I don't know. What I do know is that I had a lot of dark spots from years of pimples, nicks/irritation from shaving, or prying at in-grown hairs due to shaving. I really thought this was going to be a gimmick but decided to give it a try. This honestly helped lighten the blemishes to nearly invisible. It is worth noting that I am a dark complected African-American, and yes, those dark spots are visible. I experience no irritation whatsoever and will continue use. I think it's been about a month (or a little more) of sporadic use (some days I forget). I admit, I am not overly committed and I am often in a rush in the morning. I do not use this at night because I do not want this rubbing off onto my pillowcase. I do not just dab it on spots. I use it almost like lotion (thinly applied) because I want to see if it helps the burn from depilatory use in the past. I pretty much use it from mid-cheek down to my neck. Every now and again I might get a tiny pimple or two in the area just inside the line of a goatee (between the chin and bottom lip). I think it is because I accidentally rub some in that area. Other than that, no complaints. It's not oily. It doesn't leave my face dry. Pleasant smell (I know...subjective). Good luck to you.

This worked remarkably well. I bought it two deal with two issues: two large freckles/age spots and a 3 x 4 dark patch on my neck. The age spots were caused by sun damage where light had been focused by my glasses (upper cheek). The dark patch by constant sun exposure (you could see the shadow from my chin). I used it as directed - day and night before moisturizer. It has been 3 weeks. My neck is now completely uniform and the age spots almost gone - I wouldn't notice them if I didn't look. I expect those will go too. I have no idea how this stuff works. I do know when I put it on that the damaged area turns slightly red for a few minutes. By the time I put on my moisturizer and go out that effect is gone. It is not a cover-up: it doesn't work instantly. But it said it would show effects in two weeks and it certainly has. I am very pleased.

This is the best dark spot corrector I ever used my skin is very sensitive and I ben trying to find the right product and I tell you all of my dark spots are disappearing daily I've ben using it less then a month my spots are gone skin feels great so pls don't hesitate to buy... it really works.. The vitamin C serum I brought broke my face out and I found this it cleared everything

I haven’t noticed any difference in my dark spots with this product alone. Product is moisturizing and smells good, but I wouldn’t repurchase.

Initially, (I have sensitive skin) when I applied this, it made certain parts of my face red and there was a slight burning sensation. However, Aveeno has never let me down so I read the instructions and used it based on how frequent to apply it for sensitive skin. I started out every other day, then once a day once my skin got used to it. It definitely works, my skin has an even natural skin tone now and my dark spots are gone! I highly recommend this, if you follow the instructions you shouldn't have any problems in my opinion.

It too fragrant for some but I love the smell of it. If you haven't used retinol products or are sensitive you would need to let your skin slowly get used to it. Once it is you'll love it too!! It made my pores less noticeable and lightened, over time old acne marks and over all darkness including under eye circles!! It's also pretty good as a day or night time moisturizer even for oily skin!! I only recently stopped using this because I'm switching to more natural/organic products. Wish Aveeno made a paraben, organic, etc. more natural version.

After a couple weeks of use in combination with sunscreen, I can definitely tell that my skin tone is becoming more even. However, this is no magic wand. You've got to use this stuff on a daily basis for a long time to achieve the results you're probably looking for.
