I am a staff of five-star hotel, looking for mold remover and tiles silicone cleaner. Do you have safety certificaion ?

You can use 'WET & FORGET' they even make a version of this for Tile Roof mold. Super stuff they sell it a Home Depot. It enzymes. Just spray at home right after a shower let it sit then next shower rinse off. Super easy and really effective. Just wash off the original mold then spray this and no mold will ever grow again.

Does this product work on colored grout? Our grout is a dark tan or medium brown. I don't want it to turn white in spots. Thanks!

Our grout is dark. It didn’t leave white spots. You have to scrub with a grout brush.

does this restore grout that is supposed to be black

It does not restore. It cleans. If the grout was originally black it will still be black after dirt is removed.

Is this cleaner better than vinegar + Palmolive brew ?

Hi SuiThis is a nonacid cleaner that can be used safely on colored grout and natural stone. It will clean dirt, stains, and soap scum. As a non acid cleaner this will not be effective on mold, mildew and calcium deposits. This tile cleaner is an excellent cleaner used correctly for many applications but may not be as effective in the shower as showers typically have mold, mildew and calcium build up issues.
