Another winner from Mrs. Meyer's!
My favorite brand of dryer sheet changed everything about their product and I don't care for the scent of their reformulated product. It smelled like rancid old lady perfume. And we all know how much we want our freshly laundered clothing to smell like Great Aunt Mildred. I had to find a new dryer sheet that soften, won't leave a white residue in the dryer and on our clothes, that smell like fresh clean clothes. It's harder than you think! After trying out 6 new dryer sheets I have my favorites. Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Dyer Sheets are really nice. The scent is not subtle when you open the box, but don't worry it's very mild on laundered clothing. Each sheet is perforated so you can tear them in half before being placed in the dryer. This is to prevent them from clogging your dryer vent. It's a safety issue, just tear them in half and chuck it into the dryer. Or use half of the Basil scented sheet and half of another Mrs. Meyer's dryer sheet to create your own scent. These sheets are compostable so rather than throwing them away just chuck them into your compost pile or save them for a friend that composts. Basil might sound like an odd scent for dryer sheets but it's a very pleasant, clean scent. Thankfully I wasn't met with the cloud of Great Aunt Mildred perfume when I took my clothes out of the dryer. I'm thrilled that these dryer sheets smell clean, soften clothes really well, eliminate static and they don't leave a white residue inside my dryer. I have been using Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day products for 12 years. I can't believe I waited so long to use their dryer sheets! Try them, you just might fall in love with them like I have. And if you're new to Mrs. Meyer's products, I recommend starting with their multi purpose spray. It's easily my #1 product, gets used daily, and has never failed to everything from kitchen to bathrooms and works great when detailing cars. Seriously good stuff. I have not been paid for my opinion. I do not receive free products from anyone. I've been an Amazon customer for 20 years and I leave reviews so other shoppers can read about my experience with products I buy for my family.

Reduces static while providing a pretty scent
Love Mrs. Meyer's dryer sheets. 1/2 of 1 is usually enough to reduce static and provide a light, fresh scent.

Nice Scent & Gentle on Sensitive Skin!
I’ve been using Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day Dryer Sheets for a while now, and so far, I’m really happy with them! They do a great job at reducing static, and the Rain Water scent is light, fresh, and not overpowering. My laundry comes out feeling soft and smelling clean without that artificial, overly perfumed smell that some other brands have. One of the biggest reasons I chose these is because I have sensitive skin, and thankfully, I haven’t had any reactions to them—huge plus! I’d love to try some of the other fragrances to see which one I like best. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that I wish the scent lasted a bit longer. But overall, these are great dryer sheets, and I’ll definitely keep using them! ✅ Reduces static ✅ Fresh, light scent ✅ Great for sensitive skin ❌ Scent could last longer Would recommend, especially for anyone looking for a more natural, skin-friendly option! 😊

Love the Basil smell
I love the scent profile on the basil scented products. I've bought almost every basil scented item they have and only the laundry detergent and dryer sheets have the best/longest lasting smell. I have not purchased the hand soap but the cleaning spray and room spray is OK just not the same smell as the laundry items, candles were terrible and didnt give off any smell when lit, let alone fresh out of the box. With all of that being said, I do get compliments on the smell of my laundry quite a bit, it's a really nice fresh and clean scent but even better. It does have some herbiness to it but it's rounded out with a slightly sweet smell but also has a little woodiness as well. These are my tricks to get the maximum benefit and smell out of the products: I only use about 2 tablespoons of laundry detergent bc I have a HE washer and the detergent is for cleaning only, not scent --you would have to use way too much to get a scent benefit. The dryer sheets and how you use them is where you're going to get the strong smell. Don't put the dryer sheet in at the beginning of the drying cycle, heat destroys the scent but also the fabric softening component of the sheets. I'm guessing bc they are all natural and all of that. If you have wool balls, use those to dry your clothes to about 85-90% dry. Change your dryer setting to low, place 1 dryer sheet into your load and run for 10-20 min. You could even dry your clothes to 100% and do a 10 min as low as your dryer will go without completely eliminating heat (no air fluff) your clothes will smell GREAT and be incredibly soft.

May be Great for Laundry; not for Repelling Dust from Baseboards
As a millennial, I'm allergic to dryer sheets' normal use. But I like them for cleaning and repelling dust from baseboards. Spring cleaning is nigh, so I grabbed these. I was surprised that the sheets are an unfamiliar material - I've only ever used dryer sheets (before I developed my "industry ruining" millennial fabric softener allergy) that are a soft woven material. These are a thin, stiff, plastic-y feeling paper. They aren't sticky at all. It doesn't feel like it is holding onto product that might help with fabric softening, if that is your intended use case. And although I like the brand overall, it also isn't clear that these ARE more eco-friendly. In my case, they were weird to run along my baseboards. They also didn't seem to apply the static-reducing properties that make dryer sheets great at repelling dust - so they did not work well for my use case. They would be easy to throw into the dryer, however, if that is what you want to do. Fragrance wise, these have a nice, clean, ozone-y fragrance - but dear heavens are they strong. We're a mostly unscented household, and these are hard to use. Even keeping them in the cabinet they live in makes the whole room (tolerably, but still) fragrant. If they were like half-potency, they'd be exactly what I want.

Another winning product from Mrs. Meyer’s !
The basil scent on these dryer sheets from Mrs. Meyer’s is refreshing and will bring joy in whatever way you use them. Aside from providing a clean scent to laundry in the dryer ( they’re a favorite for our family to use for towels and bedding) we also use the in the linen closet. One box takes several months to use as we often split the dryer sheet into halves. If you’re a fan of fresh natural scents I highly recommend Mrs. Meyer’s dryer sheets in basil.

Torn... Heavy Pros & Cons vs. the Normal Option
They smell good. But, not as good as my cologne... So, I would then hope it would last longer on fabrics. Which it does, but not by much. It's as strong a scent as how many sheets you use vs how much clothes you have and how hot it is for how long it tumbles and what type of fabric it is to cling to so very subjective and hard to say, but I'd say medium. They're a really terrible form factor. The sheets are stiff and harder than the normal kind. This seems to be the reason why they roll up, and they do it every time. Each and every sheet rolls up into a tiny little stick. Even if you take it out and flatten it and sandwich it between clothes it will be a stick in 10 seconds again. It demands to remain folded. It will also fold itself again as soon as the cycle starts. This just means way less surface area and less contact with clothes, so you can cut them into pieces or use 2-3 at a time and cycle them out hoping to identify and remove the oldest sheet each time. It's all very fussy and ineffectual just to get a good scent that isn't feminine. But it's nowhere near as easy as a spritz of cologne in the drier. The wrinkle reduction is so weak that I am just now remembering that it's supposed to do something for wrinkles. I use a steam wand and have to due to wrinkles so... it doesn't work for wrinkles for me very well. They're also very very very expensive vs the compatition. It's just paper with powdered perfume and starch on it, just a different scent. I can't defend them, and I can't recommend them, but with so few options on the market that aren't directly feminine I'll probably be buying again. Looking for alternatives tho.
