Pump without complications.
These types of pumps are ideal for use in draining small amounts of water in remote places. Power is supplied by the vehicle battery and the pumps are small, easy to carry, and storage is not a problem.

Amazing customer service
Worked great the 4-5 times I used it. Next time went to use it was dead. I contacted the manufacturer for warranty support. I received an immediate response, and they are sending a replacement. This is amazing customer support in these times. Thank you!

works as advertised. Thumbs up so far.
I tested this pump with a one inch ID hose and 3 ft. lift. Pumped over 20 gal/min. I believe with zero head and 1 1/4 inch hose it would have pumped the rated capacity. The pump was on sale for about 40usd. I have seen this same pump in my local farm discount store for 119usd. I don't know about the longevity, but if this pump holds up it is a great buy. Pumps water like crazy. Thumbs up!

Pump performing as advertised.
The pump is used to move water out of a 350 gallon tote to water oak trees and native plants at various locations. The pump is placed inside the tote and pumps about 5 to 6 gallons a minute against the 4 feet of head. We have only used it a four times to date to pump about 2500 gallons of water. I expect it will perform well under these conditions for some time. The long power cable does allow one to use the vehicle battery when the tote is placed in back of a pickup. The switch appears to be of good quality.

works well as a backup sump pump
Hooked to a float switch and a 100Ah 12v battery, this makes a good backup pump for extended power outages. It's fairly quiet and can lift water several feet. The enclosed adapter for a garden hose is a plus. You'll have to buy adapters to hook it to check valves and 1.5" PVC for use as a sump pump, but they are standard 1.5" adapters and inexpensive. Like most such pumps, it shouldn't be run dry and doesn't draw water if the base is not submerged. The wiring it comes with is heavily insulated and has a switch and battery clamps, but I had to cut the wiring to add an inline fuse, which is an essential addition, and they should have added the fuse and fuse holder in my opinion.

Its Great!
Great 12 V pump I'm only pumping up 6 ft and only have a 20 ft hose but this thing will out pump my Log home house hose only disapointment Made in China. But our Unions won't let us compete and I'm tired of hearing how much I get paid and don't do anything and am ashamed one was my own brother who retired from Oldsmobile well there out of busness now ?? OK! but Buy this pump for any remote work to move water it self primes in a second.

Lasted 1.5 years as sump pump but can be fixed
Update Just purchased the same pump made by flow Pac and installed it in my sump. It was a drop in replacement and seems like exactly the same pump but $40 cheaper here on Amazon. Everything looks the same as this pump. I took the failed pump apart as the photo shows. It comes apart easily by unscrewing 3 screws holding the bottom screen in place and about 8 screws holding the bottom cavity and gasket in place. Once I did this I found the impeller frozen due to hard water calcium build up. Using a putty knife I was able to scrap off all the build up - even build up between the metal base plate and the impeller. This really freed things up and when power was applied the impeller rotated freely , gaining In speed after a few seconds. It now works well and will be a backup until the flowpac pump gets gunked up. Correction to the original review. I incorrectly stated the pump measured open. It actually was very low ohms like a motor should be but due to being frozen had popped a 20 amp fuse on the motor controller box. The open I measured was actually the fuse being open. This worked great for 1.5 years. I would test it occasionally and as a backup 12v I felt I was ready in case the main 120vAC pump failed or power went out. But for no apparent reason it stopped responding after a year and a half. My ohm meter showed it to be open. This happened to me before with a 12v pump at another house. I didn’t test that backup pump for many years but when I did, it failed open too. So now I test regularly, and have a early warning high level water alarm. All is cheap compared to the cost of a flooded basement.
