I was nervous making this purchase due to the reviews stating that it was firm. I’m used to medium/soft. But I needed a pillow that wasn’t so thick like most pillows, for my neck issues. I have arthritis in my neck along with herniated disks and bone spurs. So I was desperate to find something that would ease the pain I was feeling every morning I woke up. I have to say, I LOVE this pillow. I knew that having a firm mattress for a bad back was what was recommended by physicians. For whatever reason, I never thought to do the same for my neck. I am so pleased to say that although this pillow is firm, it still offers contouring support. With a normal pillow, my neck sinks in making me believe that the pillow is properly “hugging” my neck and head. But this in fact does not offer support. This pillow felt as though it kept my neck in place and my shoulders relaxed. I was even able to side sleep! For those of you that are looking for a pillow that will assist with your neck issues, this is the one! Some of you may be used to soft, plush pillows and it may be hard to give this a try. I don’t recommend getting a regular firm pillow at the store because of the fact that the filling is obviously very different than that of a memory foam, gel foam pillow. It’s not going to give out that same effect. I say relax and give this a shot, you won’t regret it!

I’ve tried a ton of pillows and after using this one for 3 months, I’m happy to say that I’ve found one that finally helps me sleep through the night without tossing and turning !! I’m a back sleeper and this pillow gives me the support I need. It’s the perfect height and I don’t wake up feeling strain in my neck. This pillow is a bit stiff but I like because it maintains its form and hasn’t sunk at all.

Total lie I requested a replacement and it’s the same junk just plain junk not worth a penny. 30.00 is not worth it not even free I’m embarrassed

Honestly, it wasn't for me I got it for my back spine issue I have but it didn't help the pillow was so uncomfortable for me but we all different.

I really need a thin, firm pillow to place on top of my other memory foam pillow. I have a bad back, and this really helps to keep my neck straight. I wish it was a bit more firm than what it is, but all in all it's a good purchase

but it's comfortable, breaths well, and pair perfectly with other pillows if your like me and need a little extra support.

I love that this pillow is so thin yet offers support. I bought it for my granddaughter’s crib. She’s just over a year old and likes to sleep with something under her head. I don’t think a thick fluffy pillow is safe, so I chose this pillow. It’s absolutely perfect!

This pillow was not as "ultraslim" as made out to be. The pillow was much thicker than advertised and has a AWFUL chemical smell that has not come out even after months of use. If you are not ready to deal with the potent chemical smell then save your money and go elsewhere. The cost of this pillow was not worth it considering I was looking for a very thin gel pillow. The smell alone is worth not purchasing. I emailed in regards to the concern with no response from the company.

Have to let it sit for a couple of days. Bit of a smell too. I washed the case and aired it out. Am a side sleeper and it works fantastic. Really helped my neck pain.

Returned
