**Q: Is the stand supporting arm detachable and is the mount screw flush when detached ?**
A: The stand arm is detachable- you rotate a bar on the round attachment point one click and then you can pull it off. There is no attachment screw. The arm attaches onto the back of the case by the round attachment point fitting into a round hole in the case with 4 slots in the side of the round hole that tabs on the round attachment point click into.

**Q: Does this also fit the Dell Venue 10?**
A: No not to my knowledge. I had the dell 7 and I have the dell 10. Be careful when you buy for your dell 10. The dell 10 Windows must be different than the android version. My cover was for a venue 10 android and it doesn't fit right. Fyi

**Q: Will this case fit the Venue 8 7000?**
A: I would not recommend the case

**Q: Will this fit Dell Venue 8 pro 5855? Thanks!**
A: The power USB 3 port is in a different location than what the case is set up for.  I cut an access hole for it and it looks good and works.  The biggest problem is that the 5855 is thicker than the previous 8s. So the rear cam bezel has to be modified and the front screen protector bezel gets a bit distorted but its a small cosmetic issue that can be resolved by not having the bezel on.  Which I found I prefer on non android OS tablets due to side swipes, charms, snaps on win 8 & 10.  Lastly, the ear jack is slightly off so if you aren't a blue tooth fan and want the option to run a hard line you will have to modify the case.  Both mods are pretty simple and not visually apparent.  If you are a die hard Hard Case (although Gumdrop is a hybrid) fan, then this is about your only option as far as best bang for your buck goes.  Gumdrop makes one of the best.

If you want a rugged case for your venue then look no more, awesome design, not bulky, very easy to put together and stands up to lots of abuse. This case is just what I was searching for. Fits my tablet like a glove and it is fully protected. The removable stand is a little tricky, but extremely useful. If your looking for otterbox like protection for your dell pro this is it.
