The dose is quite high even for a pro. I ordered 2.5mg and took 1 in morning before my workout, had chills and cold sweats and still having jitters and increased hr even after 7 hours. Not taking it anymore, as this thing scares me now. Giving 3 stars for purity but the dose size should be even less than 100. And people can increase gradually.
