I have a countertop reverse osmosis unit, which is great because my county keeps sending me letters saying that we have abnormally and excessively high PFAS levels in our water and they're trying to fix it. I feel much better knowing that toxic contaminants are being stripped from my water, especially as someone who's dealt with a lot of chronic health issues. The problem is that minerals and good things are also being stripped from my water. I have a remineralization filter for my water but I don't trust that it adequately remineralizes. That's where these trace mineral drops come in. I've actually been using them sometimes since before I got the reverse osmosis unit, but now I use them all the time, every time I pour myself some water I add Trace Mineral Drops. They make my water taste better and provide much needed nutrients, very happy with it. Great price and quality for what it does.

My podiatrist recommended this Trace Mineral Concentrate for leg cramps. I'm taking a diuretic medicine, and he said that it depletes electrolytes. After just 3 days of taking 10-12 drops of this concentrate in a glass of water, the leg cramps disappeared entirely. Great stuff, good for you. It's a tiny bit bitter to taste, but I discovered that putting it in at least 8 ounces of water dissipates the bitterness. You could use juice too.

Easy way to get your minerals in.

I bought this stuff because it seems to have a lot of different trace minerals. I have been reading about the importance of trace minerals in your diet and these kinds of products seem to fit the bill for getting the minerals you are supposed to be getting but probably not in the food you eat. Being a health minded person, I do everything I can to make sure I get the nutrients I need every day. So, this is an experiment for me. I have to say, I have been taking it for 3 weeks or so and have not noticed anything particularly different about the way I feel. So, I can't say if it is positive or negative. This might be one of those things that you have to take over a long period of time and get tested by your doctor to see if any vital signs are changing. This is not real expensive as you get a lot of servings out of a bottle. So, I will be taking it for some time and see what happens. One thing to watch out for is the taste. It has a very strong taste and when you add it to a liquid to drink it, it really changes the taste of the liquid. I have added it to water but it is hard to drink in water without making a face. So I have been adding it to a stronger liquid, like cranberry juice to be able to drink it without wrinkling my nose. A bottle is supposed to be 90 servings. The jury is out on whether I will continue taking this type of supplement. If getting trace minerals is important to you, then this product is a good price for the amount of servings you get. It probably tastes no different than other similar products on the market, so it probably doesn't make much difference what brands you try. This is just as good as any and the price is right.

This product helps a lot if you’re dehydrated or need extra electrolytes. I used this a lot while I was pregnant and consistently dehydrated. I was working outside at the time in the heat and adding this to my gallon made me feel so much less dehydrated. Does not taste good in smaller batches of water though. I’d suggest you add to nothing less than a liter of water

If you filter your water you still need to mineralize your water. And you cannot go wrong with this. It's also great that it's in a glass bottle and not a plastic one.

I consistently feel energized and have better digestion. This is my second purchase, and I highly recommend this product.
