Very tasty but not hot
I've tried all of Queen Majesty's hot sauces and putting it as simply as possible they are delicious, well balanced, well made with fresh ingredients and have great flavour. They're not fierce at all and even a hot sauce newbie would not find these tricky to eat. I love added her sauces to pizza, soups and even with cold meat. This sauce is superb with fish and shellfish. The only downside is it's a little expensive but for me it is worth it. I will definitely be buying more.

Hot and sour!
Why did you choose this product over others?: Great hot and sour flavour. Plenty of heat here, but bearable.

Flavour 10/10
I love this hot sauce. It's not hot. But it tastes so good, you could drink it (for the record, I didn't!). Great in sandwiches, on eggs - with anything. I bought another bottle for a friend. Only issue is, it tastes so good and isn't too spicy so you can get through it pretty quickly. I want more.

Zingy, bright and addictive — a hot sauce with character
This one’s definitely for the citrus lovers. The lime hits you up front, followed by a mellow tequila warmth and then a really clean jalapeño finish. Not too spicy — more of a tangy kick that lifts anything you drizzle it on. Great with tacos, grilled veg, or scrambled eggs. I love how fresh it tastes — not overly vinegary like some green sauces. The flavour’s well-balanced, but if you’re after real heat, this might be too mild for you. Only reason it’s not five stars is the price. It’s small, and I’m already halfway through the bottle. Still, I’ll probably buy it again.

This is an amazing sauce!
I am not a hot sauce guy really I dont have the tolerance for things very hot. However this is just the right level of heat and flavour. And when I say flavour boy does it have it! What a brilliant mix of spice and sweet and everything. Its honestly one of the nicest sauces I have ever had. I bought this as a gift for a friend and I am sure I have eaten more of it than him. The consistency is perfect and it lights up any dish!

The flavour!
I’m quite picky with my hot sauces, and I don’t like all heat and no flavour. This sauce is insanely munchy! It’d pair beautifully with fish or chicken tacos, but it’s great on anything. The flavours really come through with just a kick of heat that doesn’t obscure the taste. Sooooo good!

Not hot at all
I love the flavour, but there's absolutely no kick. A bit disappointed especially for the price..

Recently moved out of New York, so have to purchase on Amazon. Background: I will casually “last dab” among other epically hot hot sauces (it’s not that hot tbh), and I am always one curious about flavor combinations, quality, and buying local. Queen Majesty often adds little gifts to purchases, which is awesome of course, and for what you get - they’re not very pricey. I’d drink this stuff if I could. It goes with …..everything. On a heat level? For supposed hot sauce aficionados it is “hot” or “very spicy” but the flavor is outta this world. To me, it’s like….ketchup if ketchup was green and tasted like a touch of heaven. I usually go for the hottest, but this one is my absolute favorite hot sauce even amongst their other offerings. Get a gift trio and I’ll bet you’ll down this one, then the red, then yellow will hang out for breakfast (okay they all work for breakfast). It’s a small company, so if you can afford the shipping buy direct if not buy it here. Now I have to go make eggs and debate buying another one of these post review.

You are not buying this for heat this sauce is for amazing flavor - buy it right now. I tried this with the 3-pack sauce Queen Majesty offers and this was hands down my favorite. This is a must for your next taco night. Flavor wise, I do not notice the tequila, the jalapeño is mild, with more lime notes than anything else. The bottle size will get you through multiple dinners with two people who really enjoy the sauce. Order it, enjoy the heck out of it, and then determine if you need to add it to your subscribe and save like we did.

Great taste I would say mild to medium in spice.

I got the Tequila & Lime and the Scotch Bonnet sauces. These are pretty interesting. Not at all your standard vinegar-base hot sauce. They taste and look like something that came straight out of a food processor, just a spicy vegetable puree, in blunt terms. The spice level is not high. At least not compared to sauces like El Yucateco or even Sriracha. On their own, they taste pretty bland. There is a good balance of spice and various pepper/vegetable flavors, but it's not very salty or sweet. Tastes like vegetables... Once you actually put them on some food, they are incredible. The sweetness of the ginger sauce comes through exceptionally well when paired with chicken or fish. The jalapeno sauce pairs really well with pork. The only downside of these sauces is that they are pretty expensive and go quick. Due to their relatively mild spiciness and delicious flavor, you end up putting a pretty hefty amount on your plate for any given meal. Be prepared to buy a few of these.
