why put in plastic bag before putting in freezer?

To prevent freezer burn and any alteration of the taste of foods from the freezer.

Do you also make this product without the herbs?

Currently we only produce this version of heated neck wrap with the subtle scents of aromatherapy but are looking into releasing a scentless one in the near future. Thanks for the great question!
