This is perfect for removing the top of the oil filter canister on my Lincoln MKX 2.7 ecoboost engine. Fit and function are perfect and the price was lower than the local auto parts store which didn't have it in stock anyway.

I don't think I'd trust this to hold up to an impact but if you are using it for it's advertised purpose to remove oil filter housings then you shouldn't be using anywhere close to that kind of torque. It fits my 2023 F150 perfectly and attaches to my ratchet just fine. Much easier than a wrench with oily hands. It'll keep a permanent spot in my toolbox.

A must have for the Kia sedona oil filter housings. It's also the same size on my Hyundai Sonata cap.

This socket is very helpful for removing the oil filter canister. Fit was perfect and did not damage the housing YAY !!. Will get lots of use over time.
