Between this, a bag of cotton balls and some PVC pipes - I spent about $40 total and can refill the PVC pipes over and over versus buying the cardboard ones that immediately are ruined once it rains. The hope is to prevent ticks in my yard by offering the chemical out to the mice via the treated cotton. Not sure if it will actually work but did my research and it’s worth a shot! I've used on trees and plants with the same results and no negative impact to the plant. Only downside is because of my high concentration I used it leaves a bit of a smokey/ milky glaze on windows/ glass so try to aim for corners and edges. The back of the house is floor to ceiling glass so I needed to treat the glass as they would jump up and try climbing up the house.
