Typhoon Living Cream Tea, Coffee & Sugar Storage Canister Set

I bought these canisters to replace my original Typhoon set which were a putty colour and no longer matched my kitchen. These seem to be a slightly different design without the rounded base of the originals. There is also now a join at the back where it used to be smooth. The lids too are a paler, cheaper feeling wood. They still look lovely but the quality doesn’t feel the same as before.

I was very pleased with this set, the perfect colour, ivory rather than cream, offset by the bamboo lids, not the most sturdy of tins but for sugar, tea and coffee it is not a problem. Great value for money, stylish and perfect in my shaker style kitchen.

These containers including bread bin are excellent. I purchased a second what I thought was coffee container for decaf unfortunately I ordered sugar by mistake but kept it as really it makes no difference i will still know where the decaf is!!

I previously had typhoon living canisters in a different colour and bought these when I changed the colour scheme of my kitchen. However the quality is not as good as the previous canisters. The colour is exactly as described and they are lightweight. However the lids do not close very well. I use mine for teabags and sugar but you really need to force the lids down to keep them closed. Looks good but not great if you are storing something in the canisters that needs to be kept in an airtight container.

Wow so impressed with these tea, coffee and sugar pots. I recently redecorated my kitchen and wanted new pots to fit in and they look amazing. I have lots of comments on these and where I purchased them from.

This soft white tea cannister sits on my countertop holding my loose-leaf green tea. I use it daily. It hold about 8 ounces of my particular loose leaf tea. That will vary depending on the tea. The sealed lid keeps my tea fresh. If you are a tea drinker, I highly recommend this attractive tea cannister.
