### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A very powerful THROWY format flashlight for the money

The media could not be loaded. This light is definitely a 'throwy' more than a 'floody', by which I mean that it's not designed to illuminate the full spread of a field, but it will shine a column straight to the end (and the next field, and then some!) It was perfect for a coastal path, and perhaps the photo and video doesn't do it full justice but it's worth watching because from pitch black you see how it comfortably illuminated the full height down the cliff path, and you can see the three intensity settings. The construction is solid. It's a full machine aluminium housing, with rubber gaskets and a plastic-type lens. The reflector is a chromed smooth finish, with very deep channels which can you see if my pictures and this helps throw the light beam forwards. The emitter PCB is a pretty substantial aluminium backed variety which helps disperse the heat generated, which passes through into the torch body too. It's powered by 4x 18650 cells which are accessible by removing the tailcap and undoing four machine screws, however this is not essential as it has it's own in-built USB-C based charging circuit (but I always like to do a bit of a tear down of a new torch so I can see how well it's assembled).Even on the lowest power setting, in contrast to night time moonlight, this is still a very powerful torch with an impressive effective beam distance for the money. The higher power levels are just the icing on a very tasty cake for me.

Great torch. Capable of lighting a whole room. Point it at the ceiling and the light diffuses to fill the room. Great for nighttime dog walks.
