Not sure what the size in description means.** A: It only covers a 4x3 area, with about 1/4 around edge, so I would say no, you need to go a bit larger to accommodate 4x3 wound. **Q: Does this cover an omnipod dash insulin pump?** A: i used to also wear an Omnipod dash pump... but i didn't use the 3M dressing to hold on my pods with my PDM ... "Instead i use skintac & or mastisol" to hold my pods on my body.
